I have been reselling causal for over a decade at this point, but hardcore reselling for around a year and I have some incredible tips and tricks on where to buy. Fleek & fleek app referral code
Ok! So first up! This is probably my best tip for budding resellers! There’s an app called fleek where you can buy bundles of preloved and vintage clothing. This is more for Y2K era vintage than 1970’s and earlier vintage. So if Y2K juicy couture is your thing, or 80s jumpers or strappy fairy core dresses, then you will love this app! Tilt & tilt referral code
Next up! Where would I be with out the tilt app?? I buy so much on here, mostly for myself but plenty to resell too!! next up! Whatnot is a bit like tilt; it’s a live shopping auction app. It’s really good, more sellers are on there than tilt, but also, the prices are a little more than tilt. Download both IMO and use my link for £10 free credit.
Vinted
Did you know a lot of Vinted sellers buy their stock on vinted and resell it on vinted?! No joke. Some people on vinted want to shift their gear fast, so they sell it cheap. Some resellers will look for these items selling cheap, snap them up, do more pics, possibly give more detail and hike up the price. Personally I’m not really into this as it’s time consuming. But it’s an option!!
Car boot sales
For most resellers, car boot sales are a summer sourcing option. But in some parts of the country, car boot sales are all year round. In my opinion car boot sales are one of the most fun ways to buy stock for reselling; it’s fun, really affordable and you can often get loads in one go!
Charity shops
Finally, the tried and true method of finding products to resell in charity shops. Admittedly this is better in some areas than others, as some charity shops really hike their prices up which mean there’s little to no profit to be found this way. But if your charity shops are cheap, it’s a great option. I would also advise you to check out any sale rails they have too!
