Hello friends! Today I want to share TEN gifts that make shopping for dads easy! As someone who takes Christmas shopping very seriously, I think I’ve found some pretty amazing gifts for a dad, and within these ideas, I have some related ideas too.. let’s chat!
Elemis skincare
ok! First up! We all need skincare and we all love getting some luxury face products for Christmas! Personally, I like to choose a luxury brand like Elemis and for men, I would always opt for just a few essential products in full sized bottles, rather than a multiple step routine in travel sizes. This set by Elemis is perfect as it’s no-nonsense and does the trick. Trust me! Every man loves Elemis. And if facial skincare isn’t something you want to buy him, then consider something like sports bath soak or a set of shower gels.
Books, books, books
A new book is always a good idea; it could be a memoir like the Alex Ferguson or Matthew Perry book, or maybe something which appeals to a specific interest of his. For instance, my partner is interested in art, history and church. This book The Art Of Scripture is perfect of him.
A new wallet
A new wallet is always a good idea and makes a fantastic gift! If your budget is plentiful, then Louis Vuitton always hits! If not, look out for an artisan brand selling hand-crafted leather card holders or wallets. My fave place to look is always Etsy!
candle
Yes, you heard me, a luxury scented candle. Men love a good candle and i can assure you, it’s a great gift! My husbands favourite scents are always oud, pine, leather and lavender based. But go with your gut! You know him best! For me, it’s always going to be Jo Malone and if it’s Christmas, you can’t go wrong with Pine & Eucalyptus, It’s a stunner!
Wellies or walking boots
Next up! A good pair or wellies or walking boots is a fantastic gift! I can highly recommend Muck boots if wellies are his preference, otherwise Burghaus make fantastic walking shoes.
Cashmere scarf
A cashmere scarf is a fantastic gift for a man; warm, soft and an investment. Personally I would suggest either a vintage one if you are short on budget, or Burberry if you are feeling a little spendier!! Similar to this; a wooly hat, warm gloves or a nice new gilet.
Aeons Extra Virgin Olive Oils
I am a huge fan of Aeons Extra Virgin Olive Oils and they have some fantastic flavoured oils which make amazing gifts. I love their truffle oil (yes, it contains real truffle!) and the lemon oil too. Both are incredible and perfect for foodies.
Curl Master
If you dad is into football, or even just loves playing with his children or grandchildren, then I can’t recommend the Curl Master enough. It makes football practice super fun, either alone, or with a friend, or even multiple friends. It curls the ball, so you can get some great practice in!
This Works Sleep Aid Treats
If you are buying for a dad who travels a lot, or maybe works night shifts, then I can’t recommend This Works products enough. They are perfect for naturally aiding sleep no matter what the cause. It’s great for dad’s who work unsociable hours or travel a lot and want to get themselves onto the right time zone. It’s also fantastic if they struggle with stress and anxiety. Plus, it smells wonderful and is a real treat for the senses. I have given This Works to my husband (who is a father) for Christmas plenty of times and he always loves it.
