They recently increased their size selection
Sister Jane is an independent brand and when they first launched, they had a pretty limited size selection. Whilst I’m sure this angered people – with good reason, I’m going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume that their start-up budget online allowed for limited runs and limited sizes. Thankfully, as the brand has expanded, so have their sizes… I’m personally hoping they will increase them further with time too.
Sister Jane clothes and dresses now go up to a size 18 and some dresses are a generous fit, so you might be able to wear them as a size 20 or 22 too, it’s worth trying the smock style dresses if you are above a size 18.

Sister Jane have a selection of REALLY beauty wedding dresses and the best part are, they are actually really affordable – for a wedding dress! It’s not unusual for wedding dresses to cost £1000-2000, where as a Sister Jane wedding dress will cost you up to around £300. Personally I would recommend allowing a little extra money to get it tailored for the perfect fit, but either way, their wedding dresses are SO beautiful, so unique and affordable. When I finally set that date, Sister Jane is going to be my go-to store for a dress! And let’s be honest, I might even wear it after the big day too!
