When is the best time of year to buy Jo Malone Perfumes?
Hello friends! Today I thought I would share a little post on When is the best time of year to buy Jo Malone Perfumes. As you might already know, I am a big fan of Jo Malone London perfumes and I am also a pretty thrifty and savvy shopper, so I’m always keen so save some pennies or get a good deal… especially on my favourite brands. However, Jo Malone are not your average brand and they don’t often have sales, in fact, they NEVER have sales, so today I want to share when the best time of year is to buy Jo Malone perfumes is, both from the perspective or choice and price! Let’s go!
At Christmas time
OK! First up, pre-christmas is a great time to buy Jo Malone London, not only could you score a little discount at black friday (more on that later) but they have SO many new fragrances out for christmas and limited edition bottles of your old favourite best sellers. So if you are a lover of Pomegranate Noir, for example, if you wait until before christmas you might be able to find a very special limited edition version of the bottle. It’s a really nice treat! And of course, fragrances like Orange Bitters can only be found at this time of year too.

When you are going on holiday
This is SO worth knowing about! Did you know when you shop duty free you can save 20% on your Jo Malone London purchases!? World duty free also allow you to order online and collect at the airport too, so if you are worried about the stores not being open because you are flying on a red-eye or you just don’t have much time at the airport, it’s worth placing an order ahead, or knowing what you want so you can scoop it up in store quickly! 20% makes a big difference on the price!
When you go to Bicester Village
Next up, if you are off to Bicester Village, this is a great time to shop for Jo Malone. They have an outlet store there, so you can often score slightly cheaper bottles and gift sets there. It’s well worth knowing about if you are in the area!
Cyber Monday & Black Friday
Don’t get too excited, but Jo Malone rarely participate in Black friday or cyber monday. However, they do work with stockists who do, so if you don’t see anything good at Jo Malone direct, head over to their stockists like Look Fantasic, Harrods and Selfridges. Sometimes Jo Malone are exempt, but not always!
When you are in London, go to the Regent Street Store
If you are shopping in London; head over to the Regent Street store, not for deals, but for their Regent Street exclusives collection. This is the only place where you will find fan favourites of previously discontinued fragrances.

Spring Time for their limited edition fragrances
Spring time is a great time to shop at Jo Malone London as this is when they release lots of new and exciting fragrances! This is the time that they release the Brit collection, which is 4/5 limited edition spring fragrances. It’s also the time that they release the Blossom collections, which is a collection inspired by blossom trees. It’s always exciting and it’s nice to have new and exciting fragrances to choose from, as well as our old faves!
Don’t buy new perfume when you are pregnant
Just a heads up here, try not to buy a new perfume when you are pregnant. Personally, I found my fragrance tastes REALLY changed when I was pregnant and I suddenly disliked all my usual favourite perfumes and found myself really drawn to sweet fruity florals, which I’m not usually a fan of. Some people don’t wear perfume when they are pregnant, I personally did, but I wouldn’t advise buying new fragrances in case you fragrance tastes change back after you have given birth.
