Cleaning your windows
That’s right! We all know it and we all forget it! Tissue paper is brilliant for cleaning windows!! So when you have switched out your toilet paper, use the outer tissue to give your windows a clean, and if you want to get extra eco-brownie points; use vinegar or a sustainable brand of window cleaner.
As wrapping paper
Wrapping papers make me so angry as SO many of them can’t be recycled as they are coated with foil or non-recyclable paints and coatings. Such a shame and such a waste. Instead, try wrapping smaller gifts with your who gives a crap wrapping paper. It looks cute and it’s a great way to use it up!
For craft projects
Ah! You knew I was going to suggest this, didn’t you?! After all, how could I not! It’s screaming to be cut up, folded and glued and used for a fun craft project! You can cut it up into strips and turn it into paper chains or cut it into triangles to make bunting. Or even use it to cover school books or cut it into tiny pieces to make a collage. The options are endless!

As padding when you send items in the post
Since you like ethical toilet paper, I’m gonna guess you like recycling too! Next time you sell something on vinted or eBay, use the tissue to pad your items so they don’t get broken in the post.
Make them into envelopes to store seeds
Next up, with a few folds and a bit of tape, you can make the tissue paper into cute envelopes to keep your seeds. At the end of last summer, I went around the village collecting hollyhock seeds so I could scatter them in the spring. This summer I’m hoping to do the same with our poppy seeds. You can either use the seeds in your garden to get even more flowers, or you can go seed bombing locally, you never know, in a few months time there might be new flowers around for everyone to enjoy, especially the bees!
Drawer liners
Finally, if your drawer liners need a refresh, then now is the time! Save yourself some money on drawer liners by using your who gives a crap tissue paper instead.
