I’m a woman with big feet! Where do I find shoes in UK size 9, 10 & 11?!
Hello friends! Today I want to share a helpful post for all the women out there with big feet. I’m answering the age old question of where do I find shoes in UK size 9, 10 & 11… and above! There are options out there, but the road to great footwear for larger feet isn’t as easy as if you have straight size feet and you might have to be a little more creative with where you shop.
Over the years, I’ve compiled a little hit-list of the best places to shop if you have larger feet and today I’m going to share my little black book with you… let’s go!
French Sole
One of my fave places to hunt for shoes is French Sole. They have the cutest ballet pumps and they are beautiful quality, plus they go up to a European size 44 which is a UK size 10, however, if you are like me and you have wide feet, you might want to be aware of the fact that some of their styles are fairly narrow width. So be aware of this, especially if you are ordering shoes last minute for a wedding.
Amazon
Ok, so I know Amazon might not be your first port of call for shoes, but they have a LOT of shoes on their website and they go up to a size 13. My advice, make yourself a cup of tea, get cosy and get ready to do some serious scrolling. Amazon being Amazon, they have a lot of products for a lot of different people, so it isn’t a perfectly curated selection and you might have to look a little longer, but it’s worth it!
Long Tall Sally
Long Tall Sally are incredible when it comes to size inclusive shoes!! I’m talking size 9, 10, 11, 12 and 13!!! It’s amazing for Shoes For Women With Large Feet!!!! Their designs are beautiful, timeless and affordable! Would recommend you check them out!!
Fitflop
Just a quick mention, but FitFlops go up to a UK size 9 for women AND their sizes are on the generous side, with nice wide fittings and comfortable soles. So worth a look!
Net-a-Porter
For the designer lovers and special occasion shoppers, Net-a-Porter have an incredible selection of shoes up to a uk womens size 10. They have some stunning shoes and they do seem to be slowly moving up the size range too. A year or so ago they only went up to a size 9, so fingers crossed it will get better as time goes on! Perfect if you are shopping for a wedding outfit and you want something a little more special!
Nine West
If you are looking for shoes for the office or your style is a little smarter, then head over to Nine West who’s shoes, boots and sandals go up to a size 9.5 uk!!!
Kurt Geiger
Just a heads up friends, Kurt Geiger go up to a size 9. I wish they went a bit higher, but their sizes are fairly generous and their rainbow shoes are stunning!
Russell & Bromley
Russell & Bromley claim that they go up to a size 12, but personally, I’ve never been able to find anything above a size 9. So worth checking out if you have size 9 feet, but if you are bigger, it might be worth calling your local store and asking what they have above this and if you can order it in.
Sophia Webster
Did you know Sophia Webster is doing Gods work when it comes to beautiful shoes for larger feet ladies?!! Their shoes go up to a size 13, it used to be a 12, so it’s amazing to see them expand the sizes! This is not in all styles, but in a fair few, so it’s really worth looking out for and amazing if you are buying shoes for a big occasion like a wedding.
Navabi
Navabi is an amazing plus size online store who now sell shoes! I had a quick scan and it looks like they go up to a womens uk size 11, which makes me happy!
Churches Footwear
This is a spendy one, but WELL worth mentioning and looking at! They are an incredible heritage brand who make stunning shoes and boots in up to a size 12! Yes!! If you are looking for the ultimate pair of loafers of chelsea boots and you are happy to invest, this is the brand for you!
New Look
Technically New Look only go up to a size 9, however, they do also have wide fittings and affordable prices, so I wanted to give them a little shout out! Hopefully one day it will be better too!
Matalan
I wanted to include Matalan because whilst their shoes only go up to a size 8, their fit is generous, so if you are a small size 9, it’s well worth looking at what they have. Especially if your budget is a bit tighter. I really hope in the future they will expand on this as their plus size clothing is great!
UGG
I love my UGG shoes and boots, but I know the brand isn’t for everyone, so I won’t try to push you over to the dark side if you don’t want to. However, it’s worth knowing they go up to a size uk 11 shoe AND they have more than their iconic boots to choose from. Even if it’s just slippers, it might be worth checking out their website!! Also, sign up to the mailing lis and you’ll get 10% off!
Crocs
Again, Crocs are a love or hate brand, but I’m a lover!! Their womens shoes go up to a size 11, but they are unisex, so it might be worth looking at the mens selection too if you have bigger feet. Also, their sizes are generous, so you might need to size down AND they have cool collaboration to look at too. Personally, I like the classics with a few added jibbitiz! Also, I’m a firm believer that everyone needs a pair of Crocs for the garden, festivals and travel. They are super handy and I even took mine into hospital and they were comfortable and easy to wear!
Dr Martens
Dr Martens are one of my fave shoes and boots and they are one of the most size inclusive brands out there. Their shoes and boots are unisex and go up to a 15! HELLO!! That’s amazing!!! From shoes, boots and even sandals, I promise there is something for everyone!! Also, Docs are super hardwearing and great quality. Totally worth the investment!!
Converse
I’m a HUGE fan of Converse and I’m so happy to tell you they do womens shoes in up to a UK size 15. Pretty cool, huh?! Also, super affordable and if you dress them right, they can literally be worn everywhere and everywhere, just ask Kristen Stewart, she wore them on the red carpet! It’s also not unusual to see a bride in a white or glitter pair too!
Jimmy Choo
Did you know Jimmy Choo go up to a UK size 12? It’s SO impressive!!! Well done Jimmy Choo!!
After 8 Shoes
After 8 Shoes go up to a size 12. They aren’t as ‘cool’ as other brands, but for larger shoes, it’s deffo worth a good scroll!
Zappos
Another brand you might have to sit and scroll for is Zappos who are a little bit like Amazon. However, they do go up to a size UK 14 in selected styles and a 12 in more styles.
Clarks
Clarks go up to a size 9 in womens shoes, which isn’t the best range ever, however, they do have affordable prices, comfortable soles and some great collaborations to choose from. Again, worth keeping on your radar!
Toms
Tom’s make a great summer shoe, they are super comfortable and affordable and great for charity too. They go up to a womens size 10, however, their unisex style mean that if you are willing to look in the mens section, you might find a gem!
Office Shoes
Office shoes go up to a size 10 as standard for their shoes, boots and heels, however, some of their trainers go up to a size 13 for women. Also, why are trainer brands so much more size inclusive than classic shoe brands?!
Cinderella Shoes
Cinderella Shoes are the best for big feet gals. They go up to a size 13 as standard and they have so many amazing shoes and such cute styles. Perfect for the office, every day and even weddings if you choose a fancier pair! I honestly can’t recommend them enough!
