It starts as a rich balm which you work into your skin and as it warms, it turns into more of an oil consistency. Also, I try to take a minute or two to really work it over my skin and give myself a mini facial massage, so I can enjoy the scent and the feel and stimulate my skin a little too. It rinses off with water (or a flannel if you prefer) and leaves you with clean, comfortable, glowing skin.

This tonic is your skins’ new BFF! It is a super gentle exfoliating tonic which can be used every day – even if you have super sensitive skin like me.
Just apply onto the skin with a cotton pad or splash a little into the palms of your hands and gently pat it into the skin. It will gently renew the skins surface, minimise pores and give you a wonderful glowing complexion.
For the past year I have had to avoid all exfoliators because they are too harsh on my pregnancy and postpartum skin and I’m so glad to have finally found a product I can use without causing irritation and really gives transformative results!

Liz Earle Revitalise & Glow™ Illuminating Moisturiser
Finally, the amazing Revitalise & Glow™ Illuminating Moisturiser! I LOVE this product so much! It’s the most incredible consistency and feels like nectar for the skin!
The first thing you notice about this cream is the yellow colour of it and the slightly fruity scent of it. It contains prickly pear, acerola cherry and sea buckthorn. It’s the most amazing day cream, leaving your skin brighter, super pretty and dewy, whilst also minimising pores. It’s really comfortable and hydrating, and sits beautifully on the skin, with or without make-up.
Also, it has a super subtle exfoliating properties which leave your skin brighter over time, but it’s so gentle that it’s suitable for even the driest and most sensitive of skin types like mine.
