Rejuvenated Supplements are the best. Fact. They have oodles of beauty awards and my mums seal of approval to prove it! They have an incredible range of smoothie powders, collagen shots and beauty supplements to choose from, but my mums stand out faves are the H3O Night Repair which help give her a better nights sleep whilst giving her hair, skin and nails a boost. She’s also a big fan of the collagen supplements for giving her skin a plumping boost and helping to soothe her arthritis. She started using them in the hope they would make her skin and hair look healthier, but she continued using them because they made her look AND feel better.
Aromatherapy Associates Bath Oil
My mum is a big fan of having an evening bath and her fave products are the amazing Aromatherapy Associates bath oils. I recently asked her which are her faves and she pondered for a moment and then told me either the Deep Relax or the Forest Therapy. She’s not wrong, they are both great!

A fabulous new perfume is always a wonderful christmas gift and they don’t come much better than Jo Malone. If you are looking for something super luxe and opulent, then choose one from the Cologne Intense collection, which is where you can find their longer lasting, slightly heavier perfumes which contains rarer ingredients. Personally, I LOVE Velvet Rose & Oud, Dark Amber & Gingerlily and Myrrh & Tonka. However, when it comes to buying gifts, Myrrh & Tonka is always a fail safe choice! It’s so beautiful and universal, it’s wonderfully rich, dark and slightly creamy. Delightful!
