Self Portrait Bow Mini bag Review!
OMG! Can we talk about the amazing Self Portrait Bow mini bag?! Self portrait got us all hooked on their amazing dresses, which were trademarked with their black and white cutout and lace designs. They were pretty, yet edgy and honestly kinda started a bit of a new movement in fashion. Wearable, artist, pretty, sexy, prim and cool. They had it all!
It’s quite unusual for a brand to start off with dresses and then move into handbags, but that’s exactly what they have done and this Self Portrait bow bag is a bit of an unsung hero. It’s beautiful, luxe, fun and prim and not only that, but it’s a great price for a luxury / designer bag. This mini version is £350 and trust me, you will get ALL the compliments when you wear it!

About the bag…
London-based brand Self-Portrait introduces its first bag line for AW22 with a dash of 90s nostalgia and a sprinkle of distinctive bow embellishments. Since looping designs have been Han Chong’s method of operation since the Bow Mini’s launch in 2013, we’re not shocked to see them at the centre of this fashion. The Bow Mini is his take on a contemporary classic. It is made of soft leather and has a removable shoulder strap, an angular top handle structure, and an emblem with glitter accents.
Why I love the bag!
As soon as I saw this bag, I knew it was a winner for me! It’s everything I love; vintage inspired, a little kitsch, incredible quality, statement design and unusual. It’s perfect for parties, weddings and generally feeling adorable. I love the fact that with the right outfit, you can wear it as a cross body bag in the day time, but it’s also cute and fancy enough to wear in the evenings to dinner or cocktail parties, or even to a wedding. Speaking of which,
