Five things you need to know about Skandinavisk candles

Hello friends! Today I want to share a little bit of love and info about Skandinavisk candles. I love love love these candles (and their bath & body products, in general!) plus the brand are a really incredible example of how you can make stunning luxury products, which are super sustainable and ethical. I’m such a fan and anything I can do to help share how amazing they are is good with me! Ok! Let’s go!

They are a b corp brand

If you don’t know what b corp brands are, go look them up! But it’s a special accreditation they are given, a badge of honour if you will, to show that they maintain the highest level of excellence when it comes to sustainability, ethics, fair working practices and recycling. Brands like Aromatherapy Associates, teapigs, Tony’s chocolate and Abel & Cole are all b corp brands.

They are vegan and vegetarian friendly

That’s right! As part of their ethics they are vegan and vegetarian friendly.

Their sustainable fragrances are stunning!

I’ve already touched on this, but Skandinavisk candles really are beautiful! They are made using essential oils and botanical and include lots of figs, berries, woodland treats and earthiness. I always think of them as being very cosy, earthy, autumnal fragrances.
