Sana Jardin ‘Sandalwood Temple’
Hello friends! Today I want to do a Sana Jardin Sandalwood Temple Review. I was wearing this perfume a few weeks ago and I got three separate compliments about it and that’s when I realised I needed to blog about this fragrance! It’s a real show stopper for both men and women and arguably the most popular fragrance from the Sana Jardin collection. My friends… we need to chat! Let’s go!
What does Sana Jardin ‘Sandalwood Temple’ smell like?
Top Notes: Bergamot, Neroli, Orange Flower Water Absolute
Heart Notes: Cedarwood Heart, Cedarwood
Base Notes: Guaiacwood, Sandalwood Album, Vanilla
Sana Jardin Discovery Set
Sana Jardin have a Discovery Set, which is honestly amazing. The discovery set is £30 and you get 9 x 2ml tester of fragrances. You can use it to choose your favourites and really explore the collection before you buy a full size bottle. And the best part is, when you buy a discovery set, you get a voucher for £30 to use against your full size bottle of Sana Jardin. Which makes the Discovery Set freeeeeeee!!! Just a personal note here, it was when I was re-visiting my discovery set, I found this fragrance.
Sana Jardin ‘Sandalwood Temple’ Review
I’m slightly embarrassed to admit I have more perfumes in my wardrobe than most people would own in a lifetime. Fragrance is a huge passion of mine and I take so much joy in spritzing it every morning and being reminded of it throughout the day. I truly mean it when I say I wear it for me. However, when I wear a perfume and the entire day people comment on how good I smell, I know I’m on to something special. Sana Jardin Sandalwood Temple is one of those fragrances. The first day I wore it, I had three separate people comment on how good I smelt and that didn’t include me, because I felt great wearing it!
Sana Jardin Sandalwood Temple is hard to describe in terms of accords, it’s more of a feeling or a atmosphere. The dominant note is, of course, sandalwood, but it’s like no other sandalwood I’ve ever smelt. It’s got a smokiness to it, like an oud or incense, as well as a powdery tone like violets or heliotrope. It has a touch of florals like tuberose and orange blossom and finally a little sweetness which reminds me of a vanilla bourbon. None of the ingredients feel specific, they all just add a little ‘something something’ to the perfume. It’s a perfume which packs a punch, but it’s also got a real airiness and translucancy to it.
Sana Jardin Sandalwood Temple is mysterious and magical; it’s warm, breezy, rich, sweet, floral, woodsy and above all, wonderful to wear. It can’t be reduced to a handful of ingredients, it’s better than that!
