FIVE things you need to know about TempleSpa ‘Work it out’ bath & massage oil

Hello friends! Today I want to do a post about the amazing Templespa ‘Work It Out’ bath & massage oil. I’m such a bath-fiend and I loveeeee a good massage oil. So this is a product which really speaks to me! I couldn’t resist sharing a little more information about it with you! Let’s go!

It’s safe for pregnant ladies

One of the things I missed the most when I was pregnant was aromatherapy oils. It’s a bit of a tricky area, but some are safe for pregnant people, some are not. This is one that has been tested and verified as safe for pregnant women and I honestly wish I had known when I was sore, tired and aching lugging Mary around!

It’s free from parabens, SLS’s, alcohol and it’s vegan

This bath oil is made primarily of soy, sesame and grape oils with added essential oils and fragrance. It’s free from parabens, SLS’s, alcohol and any animal products. Also, I love the fact that the entire bottle, cap and card box is 100% recyclable!

It can be used as a bath oil or massage oil

I love a multi use product and this oil can be used in the bath or as a massage oil. It digs deep into the muscles and really helps to relieve tension in the mind and body.

Price per bath – it’s really affordable!

Ok, this might be a bit of a weird thing to do, but I measured out two capfuls (the advised amount) and worked out how much it is per bath. By my measurements, it’s 10ml per bath, which makes it approximately £2.60 per bath. That’s half the price of a Lush bath bomb and half the price of Aromatherapy Associates. It’s even less than a Soap & Glory bath bomb! Pretty good if you ask me! Also, if you sign up to the Templespa mailing list you get 15% off your order, making it even cheaper!

Soothes aching muscles and so much more!

Not only does it help your body recover after a workout by soothing aching muscle. But it also helps to relax the mind and aid a good nights sleep. Along side this, it helps encourage lymphatic drainage and eliminate toxins. Hi self care, how are you!

TempleSpa ‘Work it out’ bath & massage oil review

It’s probably pretty obvious already, but I bloody love TempleSpa ‘Work it out’ bath & massage oil. It’s so good! It reminds me of some of my fave detox / muscle soak products by brands like Aromatherapy Associates, Elemis, Olverum and similar. It’s highly concentrated, high quality and sinks deep into your muscles. I love it as a both a bath and a massage oil, it’s fantastic and I honestly wish I had known about it when I was pregnant. Also, top tip, for ultra results, rub it into your skin and then get in the bath…. And if you have them, throw in a cupful of Westlab Epsom salts too. Also, if you are like me, and you like a really long soak, don’t forget to take a glass of water into the bathroom with you as you will need to rehydrate with all the detoxing!
