Is Vita Liberata a good tan?
Yes! Vita Liberata is great tan and brilliant for all skin tones, even pale ladies with a pink undertone. It never gives you an orange tone and it’s easy to apply and wears off well too.
How does self tan work?
Dihydroxyacetone, also known as DHA, is the primary active tanning component used in Vita Liberata tanners and is obtained from organic sugar beet. Pure natural and organic substances that repair and feed the skin during tanning are blended with DHA from Vita Liberata. The amino acids in the top layer of the skin and DHA interact chemically. The outcome of a person’s self-tan application will depend on their level of amino acids. For best results, DHA should be allowed to grow on the skin for 4 to 8 hours.
How long does Vita Liberata tan last?
While the rest of the vita Liberata collection will last 4–7 days, pHenomenal Mousse Tan will last longer than conventional tans (2–3 weeks with reapplication).
