Acqua di Parma ‘Mirto di Panarea’ Perfume Review

The UK has finally realised it’s Summer and this Acqua di Parma ‘Mirto di Panarea’ is THE perfect hot weather perfume! This is a well-known and well-loved ADP fragrance, so if you are already familiar with it, feel free to skip to the next post with the knowledge that there is a new limited edition forte_forte edition of it out now. However, if you are new to the fragrance, let’s chat!

Acqua di Parma ‘Mirto di Panarea’ is the scent of Italian Summers; it opens with the refreshing and zesty notes of punchy bergamot, basil and slightly honeyed lemons. The heart is softer with rich floral notes like jasmin, rose and a hint of a white floral which reminds me of magnolia. As for the base, it’s soft, warm, woodsy and slightly sweet with a resin accord. The dominant theme of the fragrance is aromatic citrus notes.

For me, Acqua di Parma ‘Mirto di Panarea’ is ADP at it’s best, it captures everything I love about the brand; Warmth, freshness, sunshine, elegance and a quality which makes it feel both modern and classic, all at once. It’s special enough to wear to a wedding and simple enough to wear on a casual Saturday morning at the local market. It’s perfect for both men and women, and can be enjoyed from day to night. In terms of longevity, it lasts well for a citrus fragrance, however, you might want to reapply before dinner if you apply in the morning – just for a quick freshen up. For me, this is the perfect aromatic citrus, it’s refined, simple, high quality and effortless. Perfection for summer! Oh and this forte_forte bottle is *chefs kiss!*

Ta da! And there we have it! Acqua di Parma ‘Mirto di Panarea’ Perfume Review! (+Special forte_forte Limited Edition Release!!) I hope this post is of help and interest to you and if you have any questions, please do let me know! This post contains press samples
