Best Aromatherapy Associates Blends
When it comes to Aromatherapy Associates, I honestly think the BEST Products are the bath & shower oils. For me, they are the creme de la creme of the brand! Sure I love the candles, face masks and the pillow sprays, but I go wild for the bath & shower oils! Although I would say, I prefer them used in the bath and then I use the dedicated shower oil in the shower alone, mainly because I’m thrifty and I worry the bath & shower oil I’d wasted in the shower. You get more bang for your buck when you use them in the bath… in my opinion!! Anyway… let’s chat favourites!
Deep Relax Bath & Shower Oil
The ultimate relaxing blend for anyone who needs a truly amazing nights sleep! I can’t use it at the moment as it’s not suitable for anyone who’s pregnant, but I can’t wait to get in a bath of this when the time comes! Deep Relax smells incredible, it’s a blend of vetiver, camomile and sandalwood. It truly works amazingly well and I can’t say enough good things about what an incredibly nights sleep it gives you!
Forest Therapy Bath & Shower Oil
This Forest Therapy blend brings the outside inside and is a stunning blend of pink pepper, cypress and ho wood. It smells foresty and fabulous and I adore it! The forest somewhere we go a lot to walk and unwind and I think that’s why I love this one so much! It’s stunning!
Rose Bath & Shower Oil
This rose blend is super balancing, so beautiful and so balancing! It is a blend of Rose, geranium and palmarose. It smells SO good and is just a opulent joy in the bath! I also love the shower oil in the same blend, Aromatherapy Associates have truly harnessed a stunning version of rose and I love this one! Very soothing, balancing and I would say the most luxurious of the collection.
De-Stress Muscle Bath & Shower Oil
I need to buy myself a new bottle of De-Stress Muscle Bath & Shower Oil, but another winner from the brand! It contains rosemary, ginger and black pepper and truly soaks into your soul and muscles to relieve aches and pains.
Revive Bath & Shower Oil
I actually prefer Revive as a shower oil in the dedicated shower oil blend, but it is a huge hit with the aromatherapy associates fans and morning bathers! It’s a dreamy blend of grapefruit, juniper Berry and neroli and it’s reviving, uplifting and fabulous! It’s great for those who love a morning bath, which is probably why I use this one the least, I like to bath at night and shower in the morning. If you are like me, then go for the shower oil which is also fabulous!

Deep Relax Pillow spray review
One of my fave ever pillow sprays! It works SO well! No joke. This stuff sends you to sleep and keeps you asleep for hours! Not only that, you sleep so deeply that you can wake up feeling a little groggy because it’s so incredibly effective! It’s bonkers how it’s 100% natural and so blinkin’ good!!!! Honestly, if you are a troubled sleeper, you need to try this! It’s perfection!
