Together they combine luxury with a playful, animated graphics to create a fun New York meets Tokyo collaboration. Oh and Megan Thee Stallion is modelling it! No biggie!

Coach X Bape Review
Hello friends! Today we are chatting about the new Coach X Bape collaboration collection. I am super excited about this one because I LOVE Coach and it’s always fun seeing them collaborate with other brands. Collaborations are exciting, they are limited edition, and they tend to bring out a new side of the brand that we might not have seen before and may never see again! If you aren’t familiar with Bape, then they are a Tokyo fashion brand who are known for their uber fun and playful street style pieces. Think hoodies with bright colours, leopard and camouflage prints with faces and popping text. It’s super fun and super hip. Very casual and comfortable. In many ways they share a lot of similarities with Coach, as Coach also make clothing for city living and tend to opt for comfortable, care free silhouettes. Bape are a more urban and modern, where as Coach are more rock n roll, vintage and definitely draw inspiration from their rich heritage. Both brands love to have fun!
The Coach x Bape collection features the a combined print of both brands logos and with a colour palette of navy, black and hints of pink. Most predominantly black and navy. Some items come in just one colour way, other items come in multiple colour ways, but the predominant colour for the collection is navy. Personally, I would have loved to have seen a little more colour from the collection because even though the print and the collection is super cool, it would have been fun to see a super playful side of Coach, as they do tend to be fairly experimental with their designs and in other collabs like the Disney collection and Keith Haring Collection, you can see that Coach aren’t afraid to be really playful and kitsch. However, maybe they wanted to show a slightly different side of Bape with a more tonal colour palette. What do I know anyway!? Plus, the last collaboration they did was a lot more colourful, so maybe this time round they stuck to the classic Coach colours rather than Bape’s. I also LOVE the styling of this collection! It’s so cool! Also, I think the cropped hoody Megan Thee Stallion is wearing in shot above is a shoot piece, but I would love to see this in a future collaboration, it’s very cool!
