What’s Inside My Latest In Beauty Box!
My friends! Today I want to show you what’s inside my Latest In Beauty box and give you a bit of a general Latest In Beauty Review! Also, before we get started, I realised I am forever banging on about how much I love Latest In Beauty on my YouTube channel, but I barely mention them here, which is crazy, as I should be sharing the love everywhere! Anyway, I’m here now and today I’m going to show you what’s inside my November box!
Latest In Beauty Review: How It Works
Latest In Beauty are a beauty box with a difference, mainly because you choose your own items! As a self-confessed control freak, I LOVE this aspect of the boxes because it means you only get items that you want and need. There’s no waste, no ‘I guess I’ll use it moments’ and no disappointments! The boxes are £12.95 each plus p+p and for this you get 6 items (although they often throw in extra items as a treat!) and you can cancel at any time. PLUS, there’s new items dropping every day so if you log in at the beginning of the month to choose your items and you don’t see anything that you really love, you can keep checking back to see what newness turns up. By the middle of the month it can be a total different selection and by the end of the month, it can be different again – which makes the choosing process super exciting!!! Also, they have HAUL OF FAME items, which are like the big ticket items, this month it was the Aveda Damage Remedy, I often choose these items because they are generally amazing and have a high retail value!
If I’m making this sound complicated, I promise it’s not! It’s basically a £12.95 subscription box with 6 items which you pick yourself. Most are full sized items and there’s new items dropping all the time! Make sense? I hope so! Also, Latest In Beauty aren’t into fancy packaging, instead they put your money where you want it… into amazing high-value beauty products!! They are also big into recycling and sustainable beauty, so your boxes can be 100% recycled and are made from recycled card and a lot of the brands you can find on Latest In Beauty are vegan and / or sustainable!
What’s In My Latest In Beauty Box!
This month I decided to go for some items for me and also some items I could turn into stock fillers… wanna see what I got?!
MAC Lipstick Shade ‘Chilli’: No Joke! This month I got a FULL size MAC lipstick in Chilli which is a beautiful and universal Winter red! I’m SO happy with this!!!!! This product has an RRP of £17.50 which is more than the box costs! AMAZING!
Aveda Damage Remedy Daily Hair Repair: OMG! I had no idea but this FULL size product is normally £26!!! WOW! I’m hoping this will help my hair out until I finally get my post-lockdown hair cut!! Here’s hoping!
Umberto Giannini Flowerology Hair Mask: I was recommended this by Laura Lou and I’m SO excited to try it! It’s usually £9.25 and again, this is a full size product! Seriously, Latest In Beauty boxes are the best! Again, I’m hoping this hair mask can give my hair the much needed nourishment it needs until I can get a trim!
Laura Mercier Lipstick: This is a mini lipstick, but it’s Laura Mercier which is still kinda amazing! The shade is A La Rose and it’s the prettiest mid pink. I’m not sure how much the mini size would cost, but the full size version is £26!
Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil: I LOVE the formula of these lip pencil / lip crayons, they are amazing! Dragon Girl is my favourite shade – just so you know! Inside this months Latest In Beauty box there was the Nars Velvet Matte Lip Pencil in Do Me Baby and I thought I’d get it as a christmas gift for someone! Again, full size and worth £22! Do I need to mention again… Latest In Beauty Boxes are the best?!?!
Nursem Hand Cream: The final thing I selected was the amazing Nursem Hand Cream which is thick, rich and hard working. It’s a FULL size product, AGAIN! and it would usually cost £9.99. I love this product as not only is it a brilliant hand cream, but for every tube sold, they give a months worth of hand cream to a nurse or midwife, which is so lovely!
…And An Extra Treat!
Finally, Latest In Beauty popped an extra treat into our boxes this month! A 200ml bottle of hand sanitiser made by Estee Lauder! It’s a great big bottle and I’m so happy to have such a lovely generous supply of hand sanitiser! Thank you so much Latest In Beauty!!
