Margate Suites & The Seashell Bedroom You NEED To See!

My friends!! Today I am SO excited to show you inside the amazing new Margate holiday apartment; Margate Suites! This place is a kitsch, seaside dream… complete with a seashell shaped hole in the wall which you sleep behind! It’s truly amazing! From the candy striped ceiling in the kitchen, to the orange and turquoise kitchen, to the 70’s mustard bathroom and of course… the bedrooms!!!! Everything is PERFECT! There’s even an ombre pastel terrace area! You have to see it to believe it, it’s amazing!

It’s truly the cutest holiday apartment and every single detail is perfect and the finish is incredible!! I am OBSESSED and I hope you will be too!

Stay At Margate Suites

If you want to stay at Margate Suites, then you can book it here. It sleeps four people, with an additional sofa bed in the kitchen / lounge area. You can stay mid-week from Monday – Friday for £300 or at the weekend from Friday – Monday for £350. It is located above the Bouy & Oyster Restaurant, which is on Margate High Street, which is around a 10 minute walk from the train station and about 10 seconds from the beach! Trust me, you’ll love it!

Margate Suites Kitchen

OK! So first up, the kitchen – living room has a super cute orange day bed, with oodles of cosy cushions and gives the option of an extra friend or children to stay in the apartment. The kitchen is turquoise with orange detailing – which I’m obsessed with and it’s kitted out with everything you need including breakfast treats! It’s super light, colourful and comfortable in here and the attention to detail is amazing, just look at that orange toaster / kettle / microwave combo and the cute vintage style mugs. I LOVE this room! Oh and can we talk about the dolphin themed coffee table?!

Margate Suites Bathroom

The bathroom is a 70’s dream complete with mustard coloured metro tiles, glass bricks and pot plants. I LOVE the fact that the toilet is hidden behind the door too, it’s like a secret loo!

Seashell Bedroom

The blue bedroom sleeps two in a bespoke double bed which sits behind a seashell shaped hole in the wall. The bed is raised and sunken into the carpeted trim. It’s amazing! There’s even a handy plug socket so you can wake up and grab your phone without leaving the seashell. At the other side of the blue bedroom there is a vintage dressing table painted in a super pale lime with folding mirrors on the dresser. I LOVE the pampas display in here too, but the star of the show, is of course, the seashell bed! AMAZING!

Pink Bedroom

The pink bedroom is a little bigger than the blue room and the french doors lead onto the terrace area. The pink bed is also bespoke; it’s round and raised with carpet surround. It’s fantastic! I love the statement wicker chair, the pampas display and of course, the vintage sideboard.

Pastel Ombre Terrace

As for the terrace area, this is accessed via the pink bedroom, it’s a super generous size with aqua blue furniture, statement plants and ombre pastel painted brickwork. It’s AMAZING!
