Histoires de Parfums ‘7753’ Perfume Review
“7753 stands for the dimensions of Mona Lisa painting for this perfume is not the perfume of an image, nor the mere perfume of a woman past – is the perfume of the woman. It is the scent of an emotion, of this undecipherable glance, of her unexplainable beauty, of her immersive power and her drawing us in. It is the perfume of our own enthrallment. A hidden number for a hidden smile.”

Histoires de Parfums ‘7753’ Review…
My friends, today I want to a share a fragrance with you which is giving me all the mysterious old Parisian vibes with you. If you were to imagine a secret garden, an treasure trove antiques store, a cosy fire in a stately home and mix it with the mystery and charm of the Louve, then you might get close to this perfume. With all it’s dreamy rose accords, it’s my kind of perfume and it’s currently my signature scent. I’m talking about enigmatic Histoires de Parfums 7753 perfume. Let’s chat!
This perfume is inspired by the Mona Lisa and named after the dimensions of the painting. It’s fresh, floral, femine, radiant, mysterious, charming and timeless. If you are like me and you love a classic fragrance filled with opulent florals, plenty of rose notes and oodles of rich sandalwood, then you will adore this! It smells like tuberose and high tea, mixed with nature and history; it’s classic but airy.
Histoires de Parfums 7753 opens with a hint of fresh, smoky bergamot which reminds me of long afternoons of high tea and cream cakes, with a hint of green ivy and berries. The heart is rich with it’s majestic tuberose and hint of fig and powdery delicious heliotrope which you smell from the offset. As for the base of the fragrance, it’s earthy, woodsy and a touch sweet with it’s vetiver, sandalwood and oak moss. If you love rose based perfumes which ooze vintage glamour in all it’s floral, powdery and unapologetically feminine splendour, then you will love this one. It’s hard to compare it to any other perfume I know, but possibly somewhere between Roja Dove’s Tuberose or Penhaligon’s Empressa but with lashings of rose. It’s pure Parisian romance with a touch of mystery! Did that make any sense?!
