Berdoues ‘Guaria Morada’ Review
Hello friends, with Summer drawing to an end, I wanted to share one last deliciously lovely and lively floral fragrance with you all! If I had to describe this fragrance in just a few words, I’d say ‘Super-luxe-fruity-floral-with-a-vintage-twist’. There’s just something about this fragrance which I can’t quite describe, but I have to try, because I want you to know about it!
Berdoues ‘Guaria Morada’ is inspired by Costa Rica and the countries signature floral, the ‘Guaria Morada’. It’s a flower I’ve never seen or heard of before, so I have no idea what it smells like IRL, but if this fragrance is anything to go by, I would say it’s sweet, summery and somewhere between tuberose, cherry and orange blossom. Needless to say, it’s delightful
This fragrance is simple in it’s composition, it’s simply the floral note with a touch of bright fresh orange, amyris and patchouli. The Orange is bright, fresh and vibe and feels like sunshine, where the floral note reminds me of cherry, orange blossom, magnolia and tuberose. It’s fresh and modern, but also nostalgic. There’s something about the ‘Guaria Morada’ which feels like a memory, but also feels fresh and new! If you love luxury, fine floral fragrances and notes of orange blossom, hellitrope. tuberose and violets, then I think you will love this one, I know I do! It would also make a beautiful wedding day perfume… just saying!
