My friends! Today I want to have a quick chat about the iconic mens fragrance, Comme des Garçons ‘Amazingreen’. This is a favourite of my boyfriend’s summer scent collection and I thought it was about time I documented his, and my thoughts, on this iconic green fragrance.
True to it’s name, Comme des Garçons ‘Amazingreen’ is green. Like green green. The name truly fits the fragrance as it’s filled with a variety of green notes; palm leaves, green pepper, ivy leaves, coriander seeds and vetiver. To me, it smells like a blend of lots of different green accords, combining in a interesting and unusual green-based fragrance. It’s light and fresh with a slightly aquatic accord and even though I love wearing green fragrances myself, this does have a very masculine edge to it which makes it feel very much like a mans cologne rather than a unisex fragrance. It’s clean, bright, refreshing, unusual and perfect for hot summer days. If you (or your man) loves clean, fresh fragrances for summer which aren’t dominated by citrus and aquatic accords then you need to try Comme des Garçons ‘Amazingreen’.
