Roja Parfums ‘Danger’ Review
“Dangerous not just for those wearing it, but for those who smell it on them. Aromatic Lemon, Lavender and Tarragon create a fresh and willing invitation, but beware, as sensual aphrodisiacs lurk in the shadows, daring you to breathe it in a little deeper. The sweetness of Vanilla and Jasmine contrast against the dry, earthy warmth of Cedarwood and Patchouli, tempting you to lean in a little closer, and succumb. Just remember, you have been warned…”

Roja Parfums ‘Danger’ Review
My friends, today I want to share a Roja Parfums ‘Danger’ review with you all and it’s been a long time coming. I’ll explain why it’s taken me so long, but first I want to describe the fragrance to you. Also, in case you haven’t guessed, this is a mans fragrance and I have tried it on both my skin, but mostly his. Here are my thoughts.
Roja Parfums ‘Danger’ opens with a bright, sparkling hit of fresh citrus notes and hints of green herbavious notes with a slightly unexpected hint of lavender. The heart is filled with white florals and a touch of sweet powdery violet. As for the base, it’s rich and heavy and for the most part dominates the fragrance. The base is filled with a blend of woods, spices, woods, leathers and a touch of sensual vanilla, musk and ambergris. Together it’s a rich and soft Oriental, which is both fresh, sweet and sensual.
So, here’s the reason I have struggled with this review; Roja Parfums ‘Danger’ is lovely, it’s warm, sensual, rich, masculine, powdery and powerful. It really is a wonderful fragrance which is bright and fresh at the top and sweet, sexy, woodsy and warm at the base. It’s original, unique and exciting and I love it when my boyfriend wears it. However… This is Danger Parfum-Cologne and there is also a Danger Pour Homme in the Roja Collection. Sorry if this is about to get confusing, but I’m going to discuss the difference for a moment.
OK, so here’s the thing, as wonderful as this Danger Parfum-Cologne is, Danger Pour Homme is a work of art and truly, could only be beaten by Roja himself. Where as Danger Parfum-Cologne is wonderful but more in an every day wearable way. So if you are looking to buy something truly magical and you have £400 spare, then please, go for Danger Pour Homme, you will love it. But, if you are looking for something amazing which you want to wear every day, or at least most days, then you should go for Danger Parfum-Cologne and you will love it. However, if you do go for Danger Parfum-Cologne, then I advise you not to try Danger Pour Homme, because truly, it will spoil the Parfum-Cologne for you. And it’s not that the Parfum-Cologne isn’t good, it’s just that Danger Pour Homme is TOO GOOD it might ruin it for you. I hope that helps! Anyway, Roja Parfums Danger Parfum-Cologne is a dream, make sure you check it out when the stores reopen!
Roja Parfums ‘Danger’ is out now and available from Roja Parfums as well as Selfridges and Harrods. Also, this post contains samples and affiliate links. Also, if you are interested in another fragrance from the Parfum-Cologne collection, make sure you check out Vetiver.
