Hello friends, I’m back again to share a little love for the amazing Acqua di Parma ‘Le Nobili’ Perfume Collection. I’ve been a long time fan of ADP’s Rosa Nobile, but today I thought it was about time we discussed all three of the fragrances in the range; Peonia Nobile, Magnolia Nobile and of course, my beloved Rosa Nobile. Acqua di Parma ‘Peonia Nobile’
This graceful, elegant and ageless Peony based fragrance is a delight to wear. Whilst most perfumeries accentuate the pretty, pink, frou-frou-ness of the peony, Acqua di Parma have given us a wonderfully feminine and playful floral with a twist. The pretty peony is combined with raspberry, rose, amber and musk to delight the senses, whilst the black pepper and patchouli give it a much needed spicy, earthy and mysterious twist. I’m not usually a fan of peony-based fragrances, as I personally find them a little too girly and pink, but Acqua di Parma have created a fragrance which is fun-filled, elegant and modern-meets-classic.
Top Notes: Black Pepper, Raspberry
Heart Notes: Peony, Geranium, Freesia, Rose
Base Notes: Amber, Patchouli, Musk
Acqua di Parma ‘Rosa Nobile’
My personal favourite of the collection and a fragrance I have loved wearing for years. It’s a wonderful rose based fragrance which is fresh, opulent, rose-filled and modern. The velvety rose is combined classic accords of pretty peony, sweet violet and fresh, white lily of the valley. Whilst the black pepper, bergamot and tangerine give the fragrance a sparkle and freshness. Again, it feels like a very modern-classic fragrance and it’s one of the most beautiful, fresh, lively, lovely rose-based fragrances you’ll ever find. I always feel SO special when I wear this perfect! It’s a delight!
Top Notes: Tangerine, Bergamot, Pepper
Heart Notes: Centifolia Rose, Peony, Violet, Lily-of-the-valley
Base Notes: Musk, Cedarwood, Ambergris
Acqua di Parma ‘Magnolia Nobile’
Finally, Magnolia Nobile, a fragrance I miss-judged because I have issues with it’s namesake paint shade. Apologies. This fragrance is a stunning! It’s unlike any other fragrance I have ever known; it’s radiant, playful, beautiful, classic and elegant. It’s the perfect wedding day fragrance; it’s something old mixed with something new and know’s how to throw a party! It’s sparkling and luminous with it’s slightly vanilla infused citrus notes (which reminds me of lemon drop cocktails), whilst the heart is wonderfully rich and classic with floral notes of magnolia, rose and jasmine. The base is woodsy and earthy with a healthy hit of dry grassy vetiver. It’s a joyous classic fragrance which makes every day feel special; the ultimate mood lifter!

Heart Notes: Magnolia, Bulgarian Rose, Tuberose, Jasmine Sambac
Base Notes: Sandalwood, Patchouli, Vetiver, Vanilla
