Eight & Bob ‘Champs de Provence’ Review
Hello friends! Today I wanted to share a wonderfully bright, fresh and unisex fragrance with you all! OK, I’m kinda bending the truth here, it’s technically classed as a male fragrance, but these things are subjective and quite frankly, I think it’s just as fresh and luminous on my skin, as it is on my boyfriends!
Eight & Bob ‘Champs de Provence’ was created as a gift for friends to remind them of their beloved Provence after they relocated to the Philippines, it conjures up the feeling of lush florals and fruits, rich greenery, long hot days and night and joy. It’s both uplifting and peaceful and truly a wonderfully green, bright citrus and orange blossom based fragrance!
Eight & Bob ‘Champs de Provence’ opens with sparkling citrus fruits of bright, fresh orange, bergamot and lemon, it has a floral heart of Jasmine, Rose Absolute, Orange Blossom and a earthy, resinous base of Ambroxan, Mate and Moss. Also, I might be wrong, but I’m also pretty sure there’s a healthy dose of vetiver and neroli in this fragrance too. Eight & Bob ‘Champs de Provence’ delivers on the promise of Provence, no matter where in the world you are. Right now, I’m in lockdown in Margate, but I can smell freedom, sunshine, orange blossom trees, citrus fruits and endless green fields. It’s rural France on a hot, perfect day and I love it! If this sounds like your kind of fragrance, then give it a sniff when we get out of lockdown, because I promise, it won’t disappoint!
