Dear Mum, It Might Be A Made Up Day, But Let’s Celebrate YOU Anyway!
Hello friends! I know, I know, it’s a made up day to sell cards and flowers, but I don’t really care! If your mum is amazing, like mine is, then why not take the time to celebrate her and say ‘Thank you’! Oh and if you really want to ‘stick it to the man’, then skip the card and flowers, and send a text or say it in person and send a gift instead. Today I’m running through some super fun and super luxe gifts that my mum loves and I think yours might to… Shall we do this?!
♥
REN Rose Treats
I LOVE REN and so does my mum! Admittedly, it’s a little more on the spendy side, but if you have the budget, then I highly recommend their stunning products. I LOVE the Atlantic Kelp range, as well as the sleepy time products, but my absolute favourite is the Rose range and incidentally, it’s my mum’s favourite too! And if you ask me, a much more luxurious and long lasting twist on a classic bunch of flowers!
Daisy Jewellery
Delicate, vintage inspired and beautiful, the Daisy X Estee Lalonde jewellery collaboration is still my favourite accessories collection to be released in a VERY long time. From unique but easy-to-wear earrings, to necklaces which are perfect worn alone or layered up, it really is the perfect jewellery collection. These necklaces are from the first collection, but check out the website if you want to see this, as well as the second collection. It’s truly a joy!
Sanctuary Spa Set
Sanctuary Spa are one of my favourite Boots brands and they really make lovely but affordable treats. This whole set is £20 and if you ask me, that’s a pretty lovely gift! Look out for the Wet Skin Miracle Moisture, thats one of my favourite products of theirs! Enjoy!!
Rejuvenated Goodies
My mum is obsessed with Rejuvenated supplements, they are super natural, packed full of amazing ingredients and really work. From plumping skin to boosting energy and hydration levels, Rejuvenated kinda do it all and they do it in a really, natural, wholesome way. They have oodles of amazing bundles to choose from, including hampers. If your mum is like my mum and love to look after herself from the inside out, then Rejuvenated are amazing!
Le Creuset Mug
I LOVE getting my mum mugs as gifts, they are budget friendly, thoughtful and something nice she can use every day. Personally, I love the Le Creuset mugs for their bright colours and classic design, but if you mum prefers super thin, bone china mugs, then maybe consider Laura Ashley, which is a big favourite of my mums!
Aromatherapy Associates Treats
Does it get any better than Aromatherapy Associates??! I think not! Their bath and shower oils are basically the greatest gift in the world and whilst they are a little spend-ier, they are 100% worth it! Personally I would always recommend going for the Deep Relax blend as IMO it’s the best and if you are buying for a mum who gets a little stressed or has troubles sleeping, then this is going to help her out! Oh and whilst you can use them in the bath or in the shower, they are best enjoyed in the bath and then you really get the time to let them soak in and work their magic!
Afternoon Tea
Let’s be honest, an experience is always a wonderful gift and for me, an Afternoon Tea is always at the top of the list! Personally I would recommend avoiding Mothers’ day weekend and book it in for a month or two down the line, so it’s not CRAZY busy. Sketch is always at the top of my list and if you want something cute but more along the lines of ‘Tea and cake’ rather than a full blown afternoon tea, then I can recommend Elan Cafe (pictured) because it’s super cute and fun!
Murad Skincare
Again, my mum LOVES Murad Skincare for their super hard working, super potent, amazing skin care. From their incredible serums, to their iconic AHA / BHA Exfoliating Cleanser and of course, their vitamin C packed moisturiser. Murad skincare is amazing for every age and it’s truly a super generous and super thoughtful gift. Also, if your mum is big into Retinol, then you should also check out the Retinol range from Murad which is getting a LOT of attention right now… for good reasons obvs!!!
A Cute Candle
A scented candle NEVER goes a miss and Orla Kiely is always a great choice because they smell delightful and the come in beautiful glass pots. Personally I always go for the Fig fragrance, but the lavender and geranium are also stunning! Also at £25 each, they are a great price!
A New Notebook
My mum loves a beautiful new notebook and it’s always a really thoughtful and generally affordable gift. I love this one from Paperchase as it’s a super pretty and robust cover, with really nice quality paper on the inside.
A Sunshine Filled Fragrance
Finally, if you are in the mood for a wonderfully uplifting and sunshine filled fragrance, then Atelier Cologne’s Bergamote Soleil is stunning! It’s filled with notes of lavender, bergamot and pepper, but as you might expect, the dominant note is smoky citrus bergamot. It’s wonderfully fresh and ready for spring and it’s truly a delight! Enjoy!!

And there we have it… lots of lovely gifts, all perfect for the mum’s out there this mothers day! Have a wonderful weekend! Also, this post contains affiliate links and some press products.
I’m VERY much hoping for a cute candle for my Mother’s day gift this year! Here’s hoping x
