Fragrance: Ten Spring Perfumes You Need To Try!!

Ten Spring Perfumes You Need To Try!!

Oh la la! It’s warm, the flowers are in bloom and my friends… Spring has sprung!!! Over the past few weeks I’ve found myself switching out the heavy ouds, ambers and night blooming florals for punchy citruses, spring florals and fresh fruits and flowers. It’s been really rather lovely! So I’ve delved deep into my fragrance wardrobe to share some wonderful Spring fragrances with you all, some new, some old… all fabulous! Let’s dive in, shall we?!

Atelier Cologne 'clementine california'

Atelier Cologne ‘Clementine California’

Let’s start off with a bang! This Atelier Cologne Clementine California has been out for a while now and I’m pretty sure I’ve talked about it before, but honestly, I adore it, so it needed another mention! It’s a tangy, fresh, and uplifting blend of clementine, vetiver and juniper berries. It’s natural, clean, bright and fresh with a touch of sweetness and honestly, when it’s 100 degrees outside this will make you feel fresh and clean. It’s so bright and clean it’s wonderful! Plus it’s a great handbag size fragrance!

Eliza Grace Stories NO. 01

Eliza Grace ‘Stories NO. 01’

I blogged about this perfume only a week or two ago, but honestly, it needs another mention because it’s stunning. It’s Eliza Grace Stories NO. 01, you can read my Stories by Eliza Grace post here. It’s a new brand, very chic, elegant, minimalist but also very classic. In short, it feels modern in all the best ways. It contains notes of bergamot, grapefruit and orange blossom, cedarwood, jasmine, heliotrope and fig-tea. Stunning!

Diptyque ‘Eau Des Sens’

An oldie but a goodie! Diptyque Eau Des Sens is one of my all time favourite summer fragrances, it contains notes of Orange, Orange Blossom, Angelica root, Patchouli. It’s citrusy and earthy and orange blossom-y and oozes sunshine with a touch dark dark smokiness! It’s wonderful! Also, I did a YT vid about it here if you fancy watching!

Mugler Naughty Fruity

Mugler ‘Naughty Fruity’

Oh there is something about Mugler Naughty Fruity which just GETS ME! It’s fresh, fun and delicious, but it’s also quite dark, sexy and playful! It’s a blend of Plum and Blonde Tobacco and it’s just really fun and lovely to wear for summer days and summer nights.

Margiela Replica Under the lemon tree

Margiela Replica ‘Under The Lemon Trees’

Oh la la! Does it get any better than a little Margiela in the mornings?! I think not! Margiela Replica Under The Lemon Trees is exclusive to Selfridges and it’s a fresh, clean and elegant blend of coriander, tea leaves, lemon, cedar and white musk. It is fabulous! Also if you know know the Margiela Replica fragrance collection, it’s wonderful, please go explore!

Azzaro 'Wanted Girl'

Azzaro ‘Wanted Girl’

Shaped like a grenade because this perfume powerful! Azzaro Wanted Girl is a flirty blend of pomegranate, ginger flower, orange blossom, fresh ginger and rich, smooth caramel. It’s fun and fabulous, especially for the late teens and early twenties. It’s a touch too sweet for me for every day wear, but it’s really fun for special occasions and summer holiday evenings out!

Le Couvent Des Mines Aqua Mysteri

Le Couvent Des Mines ‘Aqua Mysteri’

Le Couvent Des Mines Aqua Mysteri is fresh, fun and affordable. At £34 a bottle, it’s cheap enough to be lavish with your spritzing, but it’s simple formula (a blend of Orange Blossom with Palmarosa) with high quality ingredients have an air of luxury and elegance. For sure a great investment! Le Couvent Des Mines is a heritage French brand and if you love brands like L’occitane, Crabtree & Evelyn and Nuxe, then I think you should explore their collection!

Coach ‘Floral Blush’

It’s no secret I’m a huge fan of Coach, especially their beautiful leather handbags like the Rogue. Whilst the fashion line is very New York cool, the perfume line is much softer and prettier, much more ‘Summer in the Hamptons’ than ‘Summer in the city’. Coach Floral Blush contains notes of Goji Berry, Peony and White Woods. It’s also got a real candy and sherbet fountain twist too. It’s sparkles and it’s really, really, really fun!

Jimmy Choo ‘Floral’

I think this might be my favourite Jimmy Choo perfume… ever! It’s really lovely, a little more mature and a little more elegant and most of the other fragrances in the collection. Jimmy Choo Floral is a blend of Bergamot Oil, Nectarine, Mandarin Oil, Magnolia Flower Oil, Sweet Pea, Apricot Flower,  Ambroxan, Musk and woods. The peach and citrus notes are dominant at first with the florals and musk taking over for the dry down. It has a slightly vintage, powdery trail too which I really like.

Mugler 'Angel eau Croisere'

Mugler ‘Angel Eau Croisere’

First of all, please can we talk about this amazing star shaped bottle?!! THE DREAM! This perfume is exactly like the bottle, colourful, playful, sparkling and above all, fun. Mugler Angel eau Croisere is a blend of mango, grapefruit and blackcurrant patchouli and praline. It’s a little too young for me for every day, but it’s really fun and lovely and if you are in your twenties and looking for something fruity, floral and delicious, you’re gonna LOVE this one!

…And there we have it… Ten Spring Perfumes You Need To Try!! Happy Spring my friends! Also, this post contains some press samples, but as always, all opinions are my own.
