It’s no secret I’m a fragrance junkie and my drug of choice is Roja Parfums. They blow me away; Every. Single. Time! And just as I think I’ve found my ultimate Roja Dove fragrance, I discover a new one I love. Right now, Bergdoff (which was created exclusively for Bergdoff Goodman) is at the top of my wish list! However, I’m not here to talk about that fragrance, I’m here to chat about the latest fragrance to be added to the Roja Parfums collection, Elixir.
Elixir is a delightfully dreamy blend of smoky citrus bergamot with heart of rich, pretty and feminine florals including rose, jasmine, violet, lily, geranium and heliotrope as well as a splash of delicious raspberry and peach. Also, it isn’t noted on the website, but I am sure there’s a hint of peony in there too. At the base of the fragrance, it’s a beautiful rich blend of woods, amber, orris, vanilla, cinnamon and musk. Together it’s an ashamedly pretty and feminine fragrance which makes me feel joyful and lifted. It’s elegant and opulent, but also pretty enough to be suitable for a younger audience, which is rare for Roja as his fragrances tend to feel more mature. Elixir is pink-tinted fabulousness, it’s like a Molly Goddard dress shot in a flower field for Lula magazine; Sun soaked, carefree and magical. It also reminds me of my BFF, but since none of you know her, I’ll leave you with the vision of the soft-focus flower filled photoshoot! Also, I know I end every post about Roja Parfums this way, but if you have never tried any of these fragrances, I urge you to pop into the Burlington Arcade store to explore the collection, I have been many times and the sales assistants are always super knowledgable, friendly and helpful.

Elixir by Roja Parfums is our now and available from Roja Parfums online, as well as in their Burlington Arcade, London store. It is priced at £225 for a 100ml bottle.
