Hello friends, today I’m stopping by to tell you a little about the Jo Malone London White Moss & Snowdrop, which is the new fragrance release for Christmas 2018. You might be able to see in the photos that the glass bottle has a slightly iridescent finish, it’s pretty right!? That’s how all the Christmas collection is packaged this year. Being a magpie, I’m obviously swooning over the packaging!

Let’s chat about the fragrance itself shall we? Jo Malone London White Moss & Snowdrop, is a really pretty twist on a christmas fragrance. It reminds me of fairy lights on a christmas tree and icing sugar sprinkled on rich fruit cakes, glitter sprinkled ferns and snow covered mountains. Imagine the joyful white accents of christmas, on a darker, richer winter base. It’s a mix of light and dark, the sweetness of musk and amber with white winter florals, on a base of dark, earthy woods and moss. Instead of traditional clove and cinnamon, we are given spicy Cardamom, which has a nod to the christmas spice we all expect, but in a truly unexpected way! Jo Malone London White Moss & Snowdrop reminds me a little of Cardamom & Mimosa; both are warm, sweet, pretty, slightly exotic and addictive. Both are fragrances I only tend to wear in the evening as I find them a little too sweet for my personal taste in the day time, but both are dreamy nether-the-less. If you love Cardamom & Mimosa, you will go crazy for this one!
