There’s Something I Want To Share With You All! (Here’s One For The Tea Lovers!)

For the LONGEST time I have been a HUGE fan of teapigs tea. I flippin’ love the stuff! I honestly can’t get enough! In fact, last year my boyfriend and I made a conscious decision that it was time to ditch ALL the regular builders tea and supermarket brands in favour for ONLY our favourite teapigs tea. Not only does it taste 500% better than these other teas, but if you buy it in larger quantities, it doesn’t cost much more. PLUS, there are so many health benefits connected to quality teas, that it kinda made sense the make the full switch. Dontcha think?!

My Favourites

When it comes to teapigs tea, I have some favourites. The Matcha is amazing, if you are new to matcha, it’s basically a Japanese tea which gives you crazy amounts of energy and health benefits. It’s essentially ground up green tea leaves, so instead of infusing the tea leaf in water, you are essentially eating/drinking the green tea leaf. Which makes it 10 times more potent than your average cup of green tea. It gives me amazing amounts of energy, makes me feel on top of the world and not only that, all the benefits you get from green tea (digestion, cleansing, etc etc) you get that 10 fold. It’s amazing and a matcha latte tastes way better than a cup of green tea (I’m not a fan of green tea as a drink, matcha lattes actually taste good!). As well as the matcha, I also LOVE the peppermint tea, by comparison, supermarket mint tea tastes like flavoured dust, my friends, this is the real deal! The Chamomile is lovely for the evenings, again, it tastes like REAL chamomile flowers and it’s super calming and when you look into the tea temple, you will see actual flower buds! I also find the Snooze Tea super effective if I’m struggling to sleep and I am also a big fan of the Clean ‘n’ Green. Which is a blend of peppermint, lemongrass, ginger, green and some added extras. It’s really delicious and great for digestion! As for my boyfriend, he’s all about the Everyday Brew (their version of a builders tea, pimped up and ready to go!!) and chamomile (what can I say, he loves those flowers!). Oh and we both love the Lemon & Ginger when we have colds, it works a treat and smells so fresh and clean!
