“Just as the influence of Black, then white, marched the character of the first two fragrances, I’ve translated Monsieur Alana’s third hallmark colour into a delicate skin sensation – a sensual, tender caress subtly nudging the boundaries of animality. Nude invites you to new carnal delights”
-Marie Salamagne, Perfumer

Alaïa Nude is the third fragrance from the house of Alaïa, it follows Noir and Blanche, the signature colours of the designer. As you might expect, Nude, is unashamedly sexy. It’s filled with notes of sweet, soft woods, warm leather, feminine orange blossom, powdery accords and oodles of musk. Alaïa Nude is sensual like warm skin after a Summers’ afternoon; Tracing memories of honey based cocktails, feminine florals, cashmere and lace draped over glistening shoulders and lingering kisses. Whilst it’s far too sexy for me, it’s undoubtably gorgeous and you know it was created with one of Alaïa’s famous muses in mind. Personally, I adore the slightly moodier Alaïa Noir, but if sexy perfumes are what you like, this this is one of the sexiest fragrances I have ever tried. It’s packed full of animalistic, carnal, skin-like accords and it’s just delightfully warm and feminine. Look out for it next time you are shopping!
Alaïa Nude is out now and can be found at Harrods. It’s priced at £67 for a 50ml bottle.
