Primary Colours
A few weeks ago, I was scrolling through the LFW hashtag on instagram when I saw some girls rocking some super cute colour-block outfits, one in particular stuck out because she was wearing all yellow, red and blue. She looked really cool and it inspired me to think ‘Oh that’s cute, I’m gonna try that with a blue coat I have and my new yellow handbag’. However, on reflection, she was wearing a yellow blazer with a crisp smart button down shirt and perfectly ironed pleated trousers. My version is a little less sharp… and a little more childrens’ TV presenter! I’ll try harder next time. *insert monkey emoji*
Pops Of Colour
Despite the fact I missed the intended mark on this outfit, I still really loved wearing these three bold colours together and it’s a reminder to never stop having with with pops of colour! My coat is from Boden (I LOVE IT!) my dress was on sale at ASOS (I think it was about £12!) and my bag is from White Stuff (It’s my current go-to handbag!) As for my Ray-Ban sunglasses, I think I will be buried with these bad boys. I wear them all the time! I basically keep them by the front door next to my purse and whenever I leave the house, they come with me! I’m on a mission to keep the wrinkles away with plenty of eye cream, SPF and sunglasses… I’ll let you know if it works!
