Christmas Favourites: Get Ready To Feel Festive

Christmas Favourites

For the past few years I haven’t had a christmas tree in my house / flat, I know it sounds sad but it’s just not always been possible. When we rented a flat in London it was so small there was literally nowhere to put a tree and when we moved to our house, we had plenty of room, but the first year we moved in just a few days before christmas and the second year it was still a building site (although I did consider draping the rubble bags and ladders with fairy lights!) Now that it’s our third year in our house, my boyfriend and I weren’t sure if we were tree-ready or not, on one hand, it would be super nice to make the few rooms we had compete feel festive, but on the other, we are still very much upside-down with the final stages of renovations. And then we have a couple of christmas miracles, my friends at Paperchase sent me this amazing rainbow tinsel tree and my friends at Swarovski sent me the most beautiful christmas decorations. As for the lights, I bough them locally for a photography project I had worked on for a brands christmas content. And just like that, christmas landed in our little corner of Margate!
