Ten Exciting New Beauty Launches

Ten Exciting New Beauty Launches

Ah! I love this time of year! Where the seasons start to change, the winter coats come out and the beauty launches are plentiful! I’ve gathered together ten new and exciting beauty launches, y’know, for your leisure and pleasure!! Enjoy!

Neal’s Yard Remedies ‘Frankincense Intense Lift Cream’

As soon as Neal’s Yard Remedies launched their first ‘Frankincense Intense’ face cream, I was hooked! It had everything I loved about NYR products in terms of scent and rich organic ingredients, but it also had a little extra inbuilt science going on thanks to the use of stem cell technology and clinical trials. They have since expanded on the collection and latest launch is their new ‘Lift Cream’. Slather it all over your face for a super rich, nourishing and hydrating skin experience, it’s gonna lift, tone and nourish your skin!

Glamglow x Power Rangers Face Masks

A few months ago Glowglow collaborated with Sonic The Hedgehog for a super exciting ‘Sonic Blue’ version of their iconic ‘Gravitymud’ mask. Now, they are back in the game (lolz) with a new collaboration, Power Rangers! This time the ‘Gravitymud’ mask has had a green and gold make over, so you can look like your favourite superheroes, ‘Goldar’ or ‘Rita Repulsa’. So. Much. Fun!

Barry M ‘Liquid Chrome’ Highlighters

When these Barry M Liquid ‘Chrome Highlighters’ dropped through my letterbox I literally squealed with excitement! For the past few weeks, Barry M have been teasing photos of them on instagram and I knew in my bones that they were going to be good. I am a long time fan of their Strobe Sticks, as well as their ‘Light Me Up’ Liquid highlighter, but these looked even more intense and I couldn’t wait to try them! Holy moly, just look at them! They are HOT AF. Even the most hardcore highlighter wearer will love these bad boys, they are intense and BTW, my favourite is Beam Me Up, at just £6.99 each, these are a steal and a half. Also, the bottles are much bigger than I had expected, great bang for your buck!

Clinique ‘Even Better Glow’ Foundation

I know it sounds crazy, but I’m a big fan of Clinique’s ‘Superbalanced’ foundation, but it’s not one I use *that* often and it’s for a really silly, shallow reason… I find the bottle annoying. What stops it from being the perfect base is the fact I find it kind of annoying to get out the bottle. I’d much rather an easy pump or a squeezy bottle, just for ease-of-use in the mornings. Terrible right?! Well now, I have my dream come true, a new Clinique ‘Even Better Glow’ foundation which not online comes in a convenient  compact squeezy bottle, but it is actually a damned good foundation. Firstly, it’s light and oil free with an SPF 15, it also includes salicylic acid so it gently exfoliates your skin over time give you a glow from within as well as a glow from the foundation. Such a good foundation, such an exciting launch!!!!

Philosophy Microdelivery Peel

The latest release from Philosophy is the ‘Microdelivery Peel’. Don’t worry, it’s not like the salon peels, we all know and are fearful of, instead, it’s a two-step process to brighten and energise skin which if used over time will become more and more effective. The first stage is a charcoal mask to detoxify and cleanse skin, the second stage is applied on top of the first layer and massaged in to brighten and revitalise skin tone. Mask technology just keeps getting better and better and this one, is bloody brilliant!

Charlotte Tilbury ‘Contour & Highlighter Wands’

I thought Charlotte Tilbury had nailed the contour game with her ‘Filmstar’ highlighter / contour palette, but actually, she’s just launched two new products which are total contour game changers. Drumroll please… Introducing the Charlotte Tilbury ‘Contour & Highlighter Wands’! These handy little wants have a sponge tip, perfect precision and just the right width and shape to get the exact amount of light and shade you need. A little blending and you are good to go! Also, if you are a 9-5 gal who likes to party from 8-2, then these are perfect for your day-to-night kit. Love them, the contour wand is easy to use and the right shade of brown (I have the medium) and the highlight is flawless and glowy perfection!

Bourjois Rouge Velvet Lipsticks

I’m a lipstick addict and whilst I naturally gravitate towards the more luxe brands, Tom Ford, Clinique, Urban Decay, Too Faced, etc. I have recently been loving the Bourjois ‘Rouge Velvet’ Lipsticks. The apply almost like a super sheer slick lipstick, but they quickly seem to morph into a thicker, creamier texture which is wonderfully pigmented. I have been loving shade 04 Hip Hip Pink, as it’s a stunning shade of pinky red and for £8.99 each, these lipsticks are a real steal. They apply so easily, the last is great and they are just brilliant value for money. Big fan of these! Oh and weird thing here, but I always love buying Bourjous because when I was growing up there was no Too Faced or Lime Crime, Bourjous was the prettiest, most feminine, eye candy make-up out there and when I buy their products now, I feel 15 again and I really feel that excitement of browsing the isles in boots and buying a piece of make up with my pocket money! It’s just nice, y’know?!

Omorovicza ‘Midnight Radiance Mask’

I am a HUGE HUGE HUGE fan of Omorovicza skin care, their cleansers are incredible, their lip balm is perfection and their face mist is everything you could ever dream of. But of all the products they do, this is the one I would describe as the most ‘magical’. What’s so special about Omorovicza ‘Midnight Radiance Mask’? Well, it’s a gel-like sleep mask which doesn’t look, feel or smell too incredible on first inspection, but I swear to god, in the morning, my skin looks incredible. Keep using it and it just gets better. Now this next part is going to sound unbelievable, my mum has also been using this mask and whilst my skin looks visibly better for it, her’s is transformed. She has pretty bad age spots / sun damage on her face (sorry mum, not to out your problems!) and she’s quite self-conscious of them as they are discoloured and at times have scabs on them. After a few weeks of using this, the colour of the pigmentation has reduced, the scabs have disappeared and even my dad has noticed that her skin is vastly improved. It’s not cheap, but it’s a miracle treatment for age spots and sun damage. I could bang on about this product for hours and hours… Just so you know!

Benefit Cosmetics ‘Foolproof Brow’ Kits

I totally got the wrong end of the stick when I first saw this product! I thought it was a kit to create ombre brows. I was imagining severe ombre brows like the hair style, brown and blonde…oh how wrong I was! It’s actually, a more natural looking brow is slightly darker in the first half and slighter past the arch and this brow kit helps you to achieve that. I always say, there ain’t now brow like a Benefit brow and this kit is another winner from the brand! Since this has come out, I have been using ‘Foolproof Brow’ Kit to add depth and Gimme Brow for volume. It’s a good combo!

So, there we have it! Ten new and exciting beauty launches! Let me know if any of these take your fancy, or if you have tried any of these yet, I alway love knowing what you guys think!
