With the nights drawing in the the clocks about to change, it’s time to start indulging in some Autumnal treats; hot chocolates breaks, knitwear shopping, log fires in the evening and burning scented candles around the clock. Speaking of scented candles, I have put together an edit of my favourite Autumn scented candles…. enjoy!

Jo Loves Smoked Plum & Leather Candle

Last week, I blogged about how much I have been enjoying Jo Loves Smoked Plum & Leather the perfume, well, now I’m all over Jo Loves Smoked Plum & Leather candle. It is perfect for this time of year, filled with rich notes of Plum Liqueur, spicy cinnamon and leather. Head over to this post, to read all about the fragrance, I love it as a perfume, but if it’s possible, I love it even more as a candle! It’s very special!

Roja Parfums 51 Candle

Ah, I swear, Roja could sell me air and I would love it, thankfully, they don’t. Instead, they fill the air around me with insanely beautiful fragrances like this Roja parfums 51 Candle. It contains 51 ingredients and resembles the scent of their Burlington Arcade shop. It’s warm, rich and soft and contains notes of rose, lemon, bergamot, jasmine, lavender, cinnamon, vetiver and benzoin. Perfect in every way. If you don’t love Roja Dove, I don’t think we can be friends!

Floris Rose & Oud Candle

If you are looking for something sweet, feminine and wonderfully luxe, then Floris Rose & Oud Candle is the candle of dreams! Imagine smoky black tea with laduree macaroons, but amplified! That’s basically this candle and it’s absolutely stunning, so fearlessly feminine! Also, there is a room scent which matches this candle which is so lovely I am almost tempted to try it as a perfume. If you see me in the next few weeks and I smell like tea and macaroons, don’t let on that I’m wearing room spray as a perfume!

Miller Harris L’Air de Rien Candle

Miller Harris L’Air de Rien the fragrance was originally created as a bespoke fragrance by Lyn (founder of Miller Harris) for Jane Birkin. It was inspired by memories of dusty libraries and the scent of her husband hugging her in his favourite jacket. It’s rich, earthy, alluring and unique. Miller Harris L’Air de Rien the candle is just as wonderful as the fragrance. It’s also a great candle to have on display when your friends come over, you can tell them the Jane Birkin story and everyone will think you are oh-so-cool.

Elemis Sweet Orchid Candle

Now let’s chat about a candle which is restoring, refreshing and beautifully floral. It’s not quite the cosy, smoky scent you might expect in an Autumn Candle Edit, but it is the perfect desk mate to keep your motivation up when the days are dark. It can be hard settling down to a day of work when you just want to hibernate, but this Elemis Sweet Orchid Candle is exactly what we need!

Annick Goutal Noel Candle

If you love the scent of pine, but you are looking for something a little more uplifting than the classic woodland spicy pine, then look out for Annick Goutal Noel Candle. It’s a beautiful blend of bitter orange, mandarin and Siberian pine, it has a wonderfully warm and christmasy feel to it, but there is a freshness to the oranges which really lifts the scent.

Charles Farris Redolent Fig Candle

I have such a soft spot for the scent of fig and Charles Farris Redolent Fig Candle is absolutely stunning! Filled with a beautiful blend of cassis, soft florals and woody base notes. It’s warm, quietly festive and totally addictive. I don’t know what it is, but my love for fig scented items will never fade!

Flamingo Candles Mermaid Shack Candle

Sometimes it’s nice to sit back, relax and think of summer, on days like this, I reach for a Flamingo Candle. They always make the cutest candles in super sweet jars, but their latest release is filled with ombre wax! How fun!! This candle is so pretty and smells like peach, lime and watermelon!
