Penhaligon’s Blasted Heath is quiet yet complex, filled with notes of seaweed, Clary Sage, Green Leaves, Aquatic Accord, Vetiver, Patchouli, Cedarwood and so much more. Whilst it’s packed full of fresh, oceanic accords, it’s not clumsy or cluttered, it has a translucency to it which is wind-swept magic! Blasted Heath was created with men in mind, but it’s pretty good for us ladies too!

Jo Malone Wood Sage & Sea Salt

Ah! Jo Malone London is always such a huge favourite of mine! Escape the city and enjoy a stroll along a coastal path with Wood Sage & Sea Salt, filled with notes of ambrette seeds, sea salt and sage. It’s refreshing, uplifting and earthy, it’s so reminiscent of the coast you can almost hear the waves breaking on the cliffs when you spray it!

Clean Reserve Blonde Rose

Clean Reserve Blonde Rose is inspired by an afternoon escape to a warm bubble bath infused with rose petals and a day dream. Soft, aquatic and filled with comforting notes of rose, peony, jasmine, musk & sandalwood. Rose is known for being rich, heady and sensual, but this beautiful perfume is soft, simple and quietly fabulous.

Somei Yoshino Eau De Parfum

Berdoues Somei Yoshino is exclusive to Harvey Nichols and filled with essential oils from sakura blossom, arguably one of the most beautiful of all the cherry blossom trees.  Somei Yoshino has a delicate feel to it, precious like the petals and intangible like the scent on the breeze. Issey Miyake L’eau d’issey Pure

Issey Miyake is the original commercial minimalist perfume, it was released in the 90’s and in a sea of heavy, opulent fragrances Issey Miyake was clean, fresh and aquatic. Issey Miyake L’eau d’issei Pure is the softest and purest of the Issey Miyake family, filled with aquatic notes blended with soft rose, woods, jasmine and orange blossom.

Reminiscence Rem 

Reminiscence Rem was recommended to me by a french friend, it’s a brand I don’t know so well, but she assures me it is loved by the men and women of Paris. It was first launched in the 90’s and it has a feeling of a deserted beach in very early spring, that time where it’s slightly too cold for most people so you have to wear a thick jumper and keep walking because otherwise you will get cold, imagine the scent of sea salt, driftwood, soft wild flowers and seaweed.
