Sunday Flatlay

Sunday Flatlay

I was in the supermarket earlier and I spotted an adorable cake which was made to look like a panda! Whilst I’m sure it was intended to be the centrepiece of a child’s birthday party, before I knew it, I was putting it in my trolly and taking it home with me. I figured I needed it for my blog and for desert! This weeks flatlay is mostly monochrome, inspired by the panda of course!

Rainy Day Happy Socks

Earlier this week I was sat at my kitchen table / temporary office having mid-morning computer issues. It was cold and dreary and between the weather and the colour-wheel spinning, I was pretty fed up. Then the doorbell rang and the postman gave me a polka dot envelope filled with Happy Socks! Don’t let the grey day get you down, umbrellas are cute and so are monochrome outfits!

ASOS Cat Purse

What can I say? This little fellow was £6 but I couldn’t resist him! Little purses like this are just so handy to have, I have loads of them all filled with things like loose change, travel currency, tampons, tiny travel sized make-up, gift vouchers and coupons… you name it! FYI, there is also a handbag to match and it’s adorable!

Roja Dove Figuier Candle

I cannot wait to burn this Roja Dove Figuier Candle! I have been saving it for the day we finally move into our bedroom and right now, I’m not sure if I’m more excited about the candle or the room! I am a huge fan of Roja Dove’s fine fragrances and I can only imagine this candle will be just as beautiful. It smells of fresh green figs, I love it because it reminds of the fig tree in our garden which I often go to visit because it smells so good!

Bobbi-Brown-Cosmetics

Bobbi Brown Cosmetics

A few weeks ago I had an appointment at Bobbi Brown to have my make-up done. It was a full-on party/photoshoot/red carpet look, it was pretty amazing to see the transformation! As a result I’m now a huge fan of Bobbi Brown products, in particular their primer, foundation and concealer, they work wonders on my dark circles and somehow just lift my face and cheekbones before I have even added blush, bronze and highlighter. I will be blogging about them more soon, but for now, just know that they are my latest beauty crush!

Color-Wow-Cocktails

Color WOW Cocktails

I have been bleaching my hair for a good ten years now and the constant colouring takes it’s toll. I try to leave it as long as I can between root touch-ups, but the truth is, the condition isn’t great. However, I refuse to comprise the colour for condition, as my natural hair colour is a dirty dark blonde. I’m currently using Color WOW Cocktails which are working wonders for the condition of my hair, I’m particularly loving the Kale cocktail which is making my hair look and feel stronger thanks to it’s sulphur-rich Sea Kale, protein-building Amino Acids and B Vitamins.

Narciso Rodriguez For Her Eau de Parfum L’absolu

I reviewed Narciso Rodriguez for Her Eau de Parfum L’absolu about a year ago and I absolutely adored it. Since then, I spritz, sprayed and drained the bottle dry! I absolutely loved it and I’m so happy to have a brand new bottle to enjoy this Autumn / Winter season. If you have never tried Narciso Rodriguez perfumes, you really need to, I adore this one and I also love Poudrée.

I hope you are all having a lovely weekend!
