Great Multi-Use Moisturisers

I love a good multi-use balm, there’s just something about having one balm which can be whipped out and used anywhere. I am so hooked on multi-use balms I have them scattered around my house as well as in handbags, suitcases and down the side of a sofa! No seriously! Multi-use balms are brilliant as you can literally use them anywhere you have dry skin; lips, cuticles, feet, knees, elbows, hands, basically anywhere you have dry skin. You can even use it on your face if you want to protect your skin from the elements in the winter. I have a lot of multi-use balms and there are a million out there for a million different brands, but these are six of my favourite!

Lanolips-Golden-Dry-Skin-Salve

Lanolips Golden Dry Skin Salve

Place a dollop in the palm of your hands, rub into an emulsion and use on any dry skin. A hero product from Lanolips (and believe me, they do some amazing and award-winning products!!!) and 10 out of 10 for the beautiful packaging too! All Lanolips products are 100% natural and lanolin based, this is one of the thicker creams, you have to work a little harder with it, but it’s worth it!

Elementa-Herbology-Tree-of-Life-Balm

Elementa Herbology Tree of Life Balm

Elementa Herbology Tree of Life Balm contains a blend of naturally hydrating and restorative oils including; buriti oil, shea butter, Macadamia, Sweet Almond and Argan Oil. There’s something that feels (and smells) really luxe about this product; functional and luxe, with a wonderfully silky smooth texture. You get a lot of bang for your buck with this one, it’s a monster pot which may well last you a good 5 years!

Elizabeth-Arden-8-Hour-Cream

Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream

The Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream is iconic, I would love to know how many of these are sold world-wide every day, or even every week! The stats must be insane, because it’s one of the most iconic beauty products in the world. If you don’t have one, go buy one, join our club! Oh and if you are into Beauty Facts, this product was first created in 1930 by Elizabeth Arden herself, I think it’s safe to assume it’s the first ever multi-use balm created!

Balance-Me-Steller-Beauty-Balm

Balance Me Steller Beauty Balm

I have been using this Balance Me Beauty Balm for the longest time now, I think I got my first pot about 3 years ago and I am still using it and loving it! Along with the usual ways to use this balm, I occasionally also use it as an overnight face mask to give my skin a real hydration boost, especially helpful in the Winter! The thing I love about this cream is the texture, it’s just a lovely soft, balmy texture which feels great, even on my face. It’s has a slightly lighter feel to it than most of the others.

Trilogy-Everything-Balm

Trilogy Everything Balm

This Trilogy Everything Balm is another multi-use balm which falls nicely into the ‘Wonderfully Natural’ category; filled with marula, rosehip, avocado and olive oils, as well as a whole heap of other lovelies. Also, I love the smell of this one, it’s just so delightfully fresh, rosey and natural! Plus, the little red tin is adorable, durable and perfect for a handbag.

 Rodial-Glam-Balm

Rodial Glam Balm

Finally, this Rodial Glam Balm is filled with PhytoCellTech Alp Rose stem cells combined with 3D Hyaluronic Filling Spheres… in short, it’s a tech-fuelled beauty product designed to not just hydrate and nourish your skin, but also plump the surface and fill any fine lines.  Modern, effective and probably a favourite of Kylie Jenners! Plus this huge tube is gonna last a good long time!

So, there are my Six Great Multi-Use Moisturisers. Have you tried any of these products? If so, let me know your favourite! Also, the cute Fox Pouch in the photos is by Boden.
