Sunday Flatlay

This weeks Sunday Flatlay is themed around staying in and having a netflix night; popcorn, candy, face masks and Netflix box sets. Maybe it’s because I’m a lazy girl at heart, or maybe it’s because my boyfriend has been making me spend my week nights decorating.  A lazy evening is all I want right now! Seriously, every night this week I have been up a ladder painting neat lines where the white ceiling and pink walls meet. Please can everyone tweet him and tell him to relax and just let me finish the new series of OITNB?!

UE Boom 2

Thanks to house renovations, our TV is still bubble-wrapped and in storage. For the last 7 months we have been watching everything on the iPad / laptops. It’s actually OK, the only thing I miss is the sound quality. In case you missed the post, I got sent an UE Boom 2 a while ago and it’s literally changed my AV life! Everything sounds so much better via the UE Boom 2; music, films, TV… I have even started listening to the Serial Podcast on it whilst I decorate. FYI, if you enjoyed Making A Murderer, give Serial a listen, it’s amazing! If you don’t have a TV and you watch everything on a laptop, consider treating yourself to a portable speaker like this, it just makes everything come to life. it’s amazing and worth every penny!

L’Oreal Paris Pure Clay Masks

Last went for a sleepover with my friend London Beauty Queen, we played board games, chatted into the early hours and did these L’Oreal Paris Pure Clay Masks. I can’t even begin to explain how good they are! I will do a full post about them soon, but for now, if you see them in Boots, get them, they are amazing! You can use all three in one go to target the different areas of your face, or you can use one clay all over your face. There are so many options, personally I used the black clay on my chin (to clarify congested skin), the green clay on my forehead and nose (to purify and mattify this oily part of my face) and the red clay on my cheeks (to exfoliate and illuminate). Literally, for the next 4 / 5 days my face looked and felt amazing, I promise, I will do a full post soon, but rest assured, these clays are my movie night face masks of choice!

Jump From Paper X The Rodnik Band

Yep! Only I could accessorise around movie night! This Jump From Paper X The Rodnik Band 2D / 3D handbag is perfect for the occasion! It looks like it’s jumped straight off the screen and it’s covered in popcorn, making it even more appropriate for the occasion! If you are a fan of The Rodnik Band make sure you head over and see the full collection, it’s amazing! I’m so tempted to get the banana print bag as well!

Crabtree & Evelyn Hand Cream

Due to all the manual labour, I have been using copious amount of Crabtree & Evelyn Lily Hand Cream to keep my hands super soft. My perfect movie night would consist of layers and layers of this stuff on my hands! If you are a hand cream addict like me, then give Crabtree & Evelyn a go, scent-wise, the Citron is a joy, as is the gardeners and the Pomegranate.

Diptyque Baies Candle

I burn candles around the clock, sometimes even I forget to blow them out before I leave the house, luckily for me, my boyfriend knows to do a last minute sweep of the house before we go out! Terrible right?! This Diptyque Baies Candle is absolutely stunning, a forever favourite of mine and I’m so glad to have another one of these in my life! However, I am refusing to burn it yet, I’m saving it for a night of Netflix rather than a night of decorating.

I hope you are all having an amazing weekend!
