& Other Stories Perle de Coco
I’m mega late to the party with this one, but I have just discovered the & Other Stories beauty collection and I’m starting to get a bit obsessed. I pop in to browse dresses (seriously, my wardrobe needs an & Other Stories revamp) and I spend half an hour looking (touching, swooning, sampling) their beauty, make-up and home fragrance items. There are a stack of amazing new releases of Spring / Summer from & Other Stories, but right now, I am loving the Perle de Coco collection.
Coconut, Vanilla & Caramel
The branding is effortless and cool, without wanting to sound like a loser, it suits my new bathroom perfectly too (I know, I know!). As for the prices, they are really reasonable for the quality of the products and the fragrance, well, that’s the best part! Perle de Coco is a blend of coconut, vanilla and caramel, and it literally smells like a rich, exotic desert of caramel cake and creamy vanilla ice cream. It’s so delicious and caramel-like that I want to eat it, or at least drink the body oil! However, don’t be fooled into thinking this is a young, sweet, teenage body care range, it’s not sugary sweet and pink, instead it has a maturity to it, like salted caramel truffles, or a caramel cake as part of an afternoon tea at The Ritz or Sketch. So, so, so good!!!!
