Good Morning America!
Well, what can I say? The first class flights were a dream (seriously, watching re-runs of Ab Fab on board a flight whilst lying in bed, is quite literally, living the high life!) our hotel is in an amazing Midtown location filled with Old New York charm and we have a Starbucks literally opposite. Life is good.
Cherry Blossoms in Central Park
This morning we work up pretty early, 6am to be exact, I headed out to Starbucks with bleary eyes to get a coffee the size of my head and a bagel and sat in bed waiting for the caffeine to kick in. Once it did, we got showered and dressed and went for a Saturday morning stroll around Central Park. Let’s be honest, Central Park is beautiful at every time of the year, but today, I got to see it filled with beautiful pink cherry blossom trees! Of course I couldn’t resist asking my boyfriend to take a few photos of my outfit. So here I am, slightly jet lagged and not wearing half as much make-up as I need.
Mini Swagger Bag by Coach
My handbag is the Mini Swagger Bag by Coach, it’s the cutest little bag ever and really easy to wear. It’s cute enough to wear as a cross body bag, but big enough to fit your purse, phone, a little make up and sunglasses case. In short, everything I need for a walk around the park! Isn’t it adorable?
My sunglasses are new, they are by CELINE and I got them especially for this trip from Sunglasses Shop. I have had them on my wish list for a while now and a trip to NYC seemed like the perfect excuse to get them. I always feel a pang of jealousy when I see my friends wearing CELINE sunnies, I’m so glad I can finally join their chic club!
American All Stars
When I was packing for NYC, I almost packed a different brand of trainers. I quickly removed them from my suitcase and berated myself for such a silly choice. The only trainers I could wear in New York is Converse! These beauties go with everything from jeans to dresses and because they are black, I can even wear them with black tights. These trainers are from JD Sports.
