The last 24 hours have been a real whirlwind, I packed my bags for NYC, hoped in the car to Euston, headed into central London for some meetings then met up with Ashanti, got changed into my party clothes in an oh-so-glamorous ladies room and headed to the kate spade new york  Regent Street Party. Then met my boyfriend back at Euston, drove to his members club hotel, woke up at 7am and boarded a flight at 11am. Phew! I’m not sure even I can keep up! I’m currently sat onboard in the first class cabin, lapping up all the free champagne, Hotel Chocolat selection boxes and fillet steak. Life is good. Anyway, let’s talk #aboutlastnight, when Adorn Girl and I dressed up in our (kate spade new york) glad-rags and celebrated the opening of the new kate spade new york store on 178-182 Regent Street.

Live Colorfully

I love kate spade new york, from the clothes and accessories to the jewellery, homewears and lifestyle accessories. I can’t get enough, why live life in black and white when you can Live Colorfully?! I have a small (and constantly growing collection) of kate spade new york items, but I have a feeling my collection might get a little larger now that they have opened a huge new store on Regent Street. It’s piled high with beautiful dresses, incredible bags (please can someone buy me the carousel bag for my birthday!?), homewears, tech accessories, jewellery, lifestyle accessories and everything in between. It’s like a kate spade new york Emporium. Think of it as a UK colour mecca which may very well be your brand new shopping obsession! Not only is the store piled high with amazing items to buy, but it’s also incredible if you are looking for home inspo, think rainbow bookshelves, polka dot dressing rooms, Daisy de Villeneuve print art work on the walls and even an indoor Roof Garden which looks out to the ’NYC Skyline’.

Party Times

Last Night, kate spade new york pulled out all the party stops and everything was perfect! They had a string quartet playing pop songs, incredible cocktails and canapés all evening long, including the most amazing array of cakes, tarts and doughnuts (Eat Cake for Breakfast, lunch and dinner, right?!) and the streets outside were lined with black taxi cabs which were branded to look like NY kate spade new york Taxi Cabs. The party was hosted by the president and chief creative officer of kate spade new york, Deborah Lloyd and supermodel Jourdan Dunn, who is currently staring in their latest campaign (alongside the amazing Iris Apfel). I wore a kate spade new york shirt with matching Bee Clutch Bag for the occasion, but it was so busy I didn’t want to pose for outfit photos at the party, however, I will wear the items again when I get back from NYC and do an outfit post with them. The items are so beautiful, I need to show them on here!

If you have not been into the new kate spade new york store yet, I urge you to go in, you will find it at 178-182 Regent Street and if you are anything like me, you will have been in 4 times already and stayed there for hours at a time (literally, I have been in so many times I know some of the kate spade new york girls by name, oh hey! Alexandra and Dani).
