Sunday Flatlay
I have spent my day doing DIY and eating ice cream, not even kidding! My house is still a bit of a building site and despite the fact that we have a whole team of builders working with us, there is still a few jobs we have to do. Today we were scraping 150 years of paint off some wood panelling, I was wearing a face mask and pyjamas, it doesn’t get any more glamorous than that, my friends! At around 2pm we had aching arms and we declared it was time for a big ol’ tub of gelato each. So delish! Maybe it’s just my imagination, but it really feels like Summer is on it’s way now!

As soon as I have had dinner and published this blog post, I’m off for a long hot soak in the tub with this Neal’s Yard Remedies Rose & Pomegranate Bath Oil. My arms and shoulders ache from doing DIY and I literally could not be more excited about my evening plans!
Cargo Blusher & Bronzer
I’m all about the contouring right now, probably because because my cheeks are so damn chubby! Wish Summer in sight, I’m starting to look out for new make up to fit the weather and these Cargo Blushers are from the Swimmable range. I may not go swimming in the sea in them, but hopefully they will stay put when the tubes turn into a sauna!
Ted Baker Purse Spray
This Ted Baker Purse Spray is so cute I couldn’t resist it! It fits neatly in my handbag and I literally feel like Elle Woods when I get it out my bag! The perfect pick me up for when I am needing a post-DIY, pre-ice cream freshen up!
Guerlain Lipsticks
OK, so this pink shimmery Guerlain Lipstick might be called ‘My First Lipstick’, but I don’t think I care because it’s so damn cute, I love it regardless! It’s basically a lip balm, but it can be layered up to give more of a pop of colour. It leaves my lips hydrated with a nice sheen, and of course I’m obsessed with the packaging!
Deborah Lippmann Nail Polishes
Normally I like to get gel nails, but with all the DIY we are doing, it just seems so pointless to shell out £20-£30 and then ruin them with the electronic sander. Instead I have been painting my nails as and when I need to. Pink is always my colour of choice and I’m kind of obsessed with this Deborah Lippmann duo!
Glossybox
I don’t know how they do it, but every month Glossybox fill my subscription box with items that I genuinely need. Literally the day before this box arrived, my boyfriend told me we were out of shampoo and conditioner and we needed to buy some more. Boom! My Glossybox arrives with with hair products inside, as well as some other beauty products to try out. Brilliant!
Orla Kiely Candles
Soaking in a tub is a million times better when you have scented candles! These Orla Kiely Travel Candles might be small, but they pack a fragrance punch and the glass jars are so pretty in my bathroom, I can’t even handle the cuteness!
Lanolips Hand Cream
Thanks to spending part of my day doing DIY, my hands are super dry and sore. Luckily for me, I have a nice new tube of Lanolips Hand Cream to nourish my hands back to health. Not only is it super hydrating but it also kills bacteria so no matter how messy my DIY gets me, I know my hands are properly clean!
Paul Smith Sunshine
With Summer around the corner, I can’t wait to switch up my fragrance wardrobe and wear perfumes which smell like Summer in a bottle! Paul Smith Sunshine smells like grapefruit, bergamot, rose and peony for a fun fruity-floral summer scent!
