Oh la la! Well, this is a lovely little weekend discovery! Signorina Misteriosa is the new fragrance by Salvatore Ferragamo and it is very, very special. This is my first foray into Salvatore Ferragamo fragrances and I like what I’m smelling! First of all, the bottle of stunning, a nice wide front with gold letting and gold metal hard wear. There is a bow at the top of the bottle which is woven into the hard wear much like the classic vara bow on the front of the shoes (FYI, I have been hankering after a pair of these in black for years!). The bottle is stunning and so is the fragrance inside. It’s your classic florential scent with a playful twist of dark, fruity blackberries. This fragrance bursts open with a heavy hit of juicy blackberries and glowing neroli. It quickly sinks into a floral heart of orange blossom and heady tuberose. Two beautiful florals which both have a rich, seductive feel. At the base of the perfume you find powdery patchouli blended with warm, sweet, exotic black vanilla. This perfume is nights out with your girlfriends in the West End; Think dinner, cocktails and gossiping, black dresses, smoky eyes and glittery clutch bags. It’s playful and exciting. Sweet enough to be delicious, luxe enough to be fabulous!
