A Trip To Paris With Crabtree & Evelyn

To Paris And Back…

OMG! Please can someone tell me where December has gone!? It’s almost Christmas and earlier this month I was in Paris with Crabtree & Evelyn and it has been so busy it has taken me 3 weeks to blog about it. Granted, I moved house in that time, but still, where has the time gone!? I had an awesome time, it was a full-on whistle-stop extravaganza tour of Paris. We were whisked around Paris in a Crabtree & Evelyn Cab, taking in all the site, the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe, Pont des Arts, Lourve, Pyramids and of course, the Feel Unique British Beauty Festival Pop-up Shop. There was even time to stop by one of Paris’ most beautiful restaurants for something delicious!

Our first stop was the Feel Unique Pop-up shop, the store was beautifully curated with some of Britain’s most loved beauty brands, taking centre stage for the weekend, was of course, Crabtree & Evelyn. It’s no secret I am a huge Crabtree & Evelyn Fan, I have done a few instagram takeovers for them now (three and counting!) and I have included them a crazy amount of blogs. I feel safe giving away this next piece of information, as he never reads my blog, but my dad has a Crabtree & Evelyn hamper coming his way this christmas!  Crabtree & Evelyn isn’t just loved by women, men love it too. Their hand wash, hand creams, body washes, soaps, colognes and shaving products, make my dad and my boyfriend, very happy indeed!

Crabtree & Evelyn X Feel Unique

When we arrived at the store, there was champagne waiting for us, along with fudge, biscuits and tea, as well as therapists on hand (get it!) ready to give us hand and arm massages and manicures. I was nervous my gels would take forever to remove, so instead I opted for a hand and arm massage, but I got total nail envy when I saw everyone else’s beautiful new nails! We roamed around the store sampling the Christmas collection, beautiful hand creams and body lotions, biscuits, fudge, tea, candles and diffusers. There was so much to take in! My current favourite Crabtree & Evelyn product has to be the Pomegranate Hand Cream, not only does it leave my hands velvety soft, but it smells divine! I am also loving the Windsor Forest Candle which I have burning around the clock in my new home, it smells so warm, fresh and clean. Even though there are boxes everywhere, it really does make it feel more like a cosy home!

Lunch in Paris

Next we made our way over to the restaurant, I wish I could remember the name of it, but I just can’t! It was stunning and the food was incredible. I know it doesn’t look that exciting, but I swear, it was the most wonderful thai dish followed by a coffee and creme brûlée!

Taxi Tour

We spent the next two hours darting around Paris in taxis taking in the sites, The Louvre, The Pyramids, Arc de Triomphe, Tiffany & Co.,  Pont des Arts and of course, The Eiffel Tower! It’s funny, I have been to Paris more times than I can even count (probably about 20-30 times on work trips) but it was the first time I have seen in such an exciting way, normally I would snatch a evening meal here and there, or a cake in Angelina’s or we would walk past the Pyramids on the way back to the apartment, but never before have I seen it from the luxury of a cab, it was such a treat! Thank you for the Paris adventure Crabtree & Evelyn!
