Narciso Rodriguez For her L’absolu is the latest addition to the Narciso Rodriguez perfume collection. If you have never tried the classic Narciso fragrance, it’s time you did. I can name at least five women who have told me it is their favourite perfume in the world. It’s one of those fragrances which women absolutely adore because it’s so perfectly feminine and floral with beautiful heavy, musky base notes.
This latest addition, Narciso Rodriguez For her L’absolu, is more my style, it’s a little less pretty and a bit more fabulous. I feel like it has juicy plums at the top of the perfume and then it developes into beautiful floral notes of heady tuberose and warm Jasmine. The resins at the base (amber) are exotic and rich, whilst the patchouli and musk give it powdery notes with a hint of sweetness. It’s a little edgier, it’s far sexier and I find it a little more luxurious and heady. It’s by far my favourite of the Narciso Rodriguez collection. Fans of the classic will love this new release as an evening alternative. As for the women who find the classic a little too feminine and floral, I suggest putting this on your must-sniff list, it’s wildly romantic but it has excitement!
