Beauty: Benefit Party Poppers!

It’s Time…

I wasn’t sure if I was ready to talk about the big *C* on my blog yet, but Benefit Cosmetics have kind of forced my hand. That’s right, Benefit have now released their Christmas gift sets and they are really good. So good, the sold out sign has already appeared! Granted, that is on their legendary advent calendar (seriously, these things hard infamous!) but still, it’s only a matter of time before the rest of the kits are marked sold out too. Why? Because they are seriously well put together kits in killer packaging at awesome prices.

The 2015 Benefit Cosmetics Advent Calendar

First of all, the advent calendar, for those who have not seen it yet, I have included an image below, just so you can see what you (and I) are missing out on. This year it was slightly smaller, 12 days rather than 24, but it is bursting fill of amazing mini’s and it was also a much less money. Personally, I loved the 24 days, but actually, it’s nice to spend a little less and I do think that these 12 products are the creme de la creme, so it’s not such a loss!

Party Like A Rockstar

As for the rest of the kits, the theme seems to be neon party, with names like ‘Party Like a Rockstar’ and ‘Pump Up The Party’. The kits contain a mix of full sized and mini sized products and they work out much cheaper than if you bought all the components as separates. The thing I love about Benefit cosmetics kits is they really make the effort to fill them with the products that people want. They never give you three great products and one dodgy coloured eye shadow, instead they give you ‘all killer, no filler’. The mini sized products keep you going for ages and they also double up as great handbag or travel sized products. Personally I would never carry a full sized bottle of Benetint in my handbag, but the mini from ‘Rockitude’ or ‘Pump Up the Party’ is perfect!

Personally, I have my eyes fixed on ‘Get Your Party On’ and ‘Pump Up The Party’. Which are your favourites?
