Trend: Black Jewellery

My friends at QVC love jewellery as much as I do, which is why they have named September, jewellery month! That’s right, for the entire month they will be launching jewellery, discussing trends and generally chatting all things jewellery. As a fellow jewellery lover, I jumped at the chance to get involved!

Recently I have been noticing a lot black jewellery, from black crystals and embellishments to black chain and cords, everything looks like it has been dipped back and it looks pretty amazing! Black doesn’t have to be boring, instead it can look smart, chic when worn as single pieces, or worn layered up, it can look really edgy. It’s perfect for Autumn/Winter and it makes co-ordinating colour palettes so much easier!

I styled some of my favourite black pieces of jewellery, all of which were found on QVC. I’m kind of obsessed with all these amazing rings, it’s so much fun playing around with shapes, textures and density. I love the black and silver Chevron Ring, it is so comfortable to wear and the Triple Band Black Spinel Ring is a great way to achieve the stacked look with one simple piece of jewellery. The black heart shaped necklace has total 90’s vibes and I’m really into it! It’s nice worn with a low V-shaped neck, or you can layer it over a black jumper for a more subtle look. The simple black cord bracelet is easy to wear and can be worn alone or with other coloured cord bracelets in the Summer months.
