Fashion: My Week in Handbags

Saturday

On Saturday I was having a very lazy day, I wore comfortable Vagabond boots, an easy black cotton jersey dress and my boyfriends’ Superdry shirt. I wanted an easy shoulder bag which went with my look and I opted for my damson coloured Zatchels bucket bag. I love British made products and this new design by Zatchels is really cool! Oh hi, leather tassels!

Sunday

It was a beautiful sunny day on Sunday and I went for brunch with my boyfriend to one of my favourite places. The dress code is smart casual and this white and turquoise Boden handbag seemed to match the dress code and the weather perfectly! It can be worn as shoulder bag, or you can unclip the straps and wear it as a clutch. Isn’t the colour lovely? Oh and my phone, it’s not faux, it’s a real phone with a Moschino iphone case. I got a message from someone on Instagram, they were a little confused as to why I would carry around a toy phone! Lolz, right?!

Monday

Monday meetings call for a little leopard print power dressing!! My bag and shoes match as they are both by Boden. The shoes are super comfortable and easy to walk in, the bag is beautiful quality leather and fits all my necessities inside.

Tuesday 

A splash of bright yellow never hurt anyone, especially if it has multicoloured letters hanging off it spelling out ‘MOSCHINO’! I’m such a Moschino fiend it’s not even funny!! I blogged from home on Tuesday and popped out in the afternoon for a quick meeting at the oh-so-serious venue Snog! Meetings are way more fun when there is frozen yogurt involved!

Wednesday 

I only nipped out briefly on Wednesday and I didn’t need much more that my purse, phone and keys, which made me very happy as it meant I could use my ASOS playing card handbag. I love, love, love this bag, but it doesn’t fit a huge amount in it. I don’t really mind as it makes it more special when I do wear it!! My shoes are crazy comfortable, they are by Barbour and they are from Shoetique.

Thursday

Another day, another Moschino bag!! This time it’s a backpack from the Barbie Collection. I loved it as soon as I saw it, so when it went on sale, I snapped it up! Thursday was the day of tube strikes, so a big bag was important to carry my emergency trainers in case I needed to walk home! Thankfully I didn’t!

Friday

Wow! Friday already!!! To celebrate the start of the weekend, my boyfriend and I nipped out for a spot of dinner, I wore my Lulu Guinness Lips handbag. I figured Friday night is date night and this handbag is my kind of date night accessory!
