Whilst I try not to buy make-up and beauty products based on the packaging, I can’t help but notice how beautifully presented some products are. I gathered together some of my favourites which are not just fancy on the outside, but they are fabulous on the inside too!
Too Faced Cosmetics
A current Instagram favourite of mine, I can’t stop taking photos of these Too Faced blushers, the packaging is so pretty, especially the leopard print design blush. So cool! The bronzer is called ‘Soul mates’ and the shade is ‘Ross ♥ Rachel’. Too cute!!!
It’s a Beautiful Life Perfume
Well, isn’t this a fun little perfume! It’s made by It’s a Beautiful Life and sold at ASOS Beauty. It’s too cute and so unusual, whilst I usually go for very high end perfumes, I couldn’t resist this little beauty! It’s inspired by Unicorns and it smells like childhood dreams, sweets, barbie dolls, lemon drops with a mix of grunge incense!
Clinique Cheek Pop Blushers
These Clinique Cheek Pop blushers are the prettiest pinks and peach shades, the simple clear packaging shows off the lovely moulded flower design of the powder. So pretty, perfect summer shades!
Ciate Nail Polish
No matter how hard all the other nail polish brands try, they can never beat the simple but beautiful packaging of Ciate. The glitter, bow and long slim lid get me every time!
Crabtree & Evelyn Venetian Violet Flower Water
This Crabtree & Evelyn comes in the prettiest little bottle with a fabulous atomiser. It’s scented lightly of violets and I spray it liberally on me. It feels rather special!
Soap & Glory Love at First Blush Blusher
I can never work out if this Soap & Glory Love at First Blush is prettier on the outside or the inside. The outside is rather fantastic, but the inside is like a pink, shimmery colour wheel! I love it!
Benefit World Famous Neutrals Set
Benefit always blow my mind with their super cool packaging, but there is something about this beautiful illustration and the pretty colours on the inside I love. Maybe I love it so much because I love this eyeshadow set. Either way, stunning product, stunning packaging!
Shu Uemura X Yazbukey Lipstick
This Shu Uemura X Yazbukey Lipstick is more cool than cute, but it is probably my favourite fashion / beauty collaboration ever! I have instagrammed the heck out of this lipstick because it’s just so darn cool! I need to hurry up and buy more from the collaboration before it sells out!
Fornasetti Candle
I first discovered these Fornasetti candles when I was in Sketch, they always burn them which is why it always smells incredible. I love the fragrances and I love the jars they come in. Fornasetti was a surrealist artist in the 50’s and they have had a recent resurgence with their homewears. I am a huge fan, if I could I would have a giant collection of these candles, I’m kind of hoping this is the first of many!
Timothy Dunn Candle
I have been obsessed with Violet scented items recently and this Timothy Dunn candle is where it all started. I wish I could wear this fragrance as a perfume, but right now, it only comes as a candle. Mr. Dunn, if you are reading this, please make it a perfume, I want to douse myself in this scent! The simple lilac candle with the rose gold lid is subtle but beautiful. It’s all stunning!!!
So much gorgeous packaging! Love the look of the Too Faced blushes and the Clinique blushes, both so pretty!
Ah they are both so nice !! I’m a little obsessed with both and I really need some more too faced in my life!!!!
