Yippeeeee! Isn’t Easter Sunday the best?! It’s a day dedicated to eating eggs, but savoury and sweet! I hereby pledge to try and consume all the chocolate in this post I wrote last week… think I can manage it?!
Every single year, I pull this Cadbury’s Creme Egg handbag out of the depths of my wardrobe. Even though I have oodles of Chanel, Dior, Moschino (and more) handbags, this bad boy will always be one of my favourites! Your eyes do not deceive you, it is a vintage handbag made of coated canvas and it is egg shaped with the Cadburys Creme Egg wrapper printed on. One side in the blue and red, the other side in green and red, just like the wrappers.
My trainers are by New Balance, I love the yellow and blue colour, they are perfect for getting sporty once I have finished all my easter eggs. Until that time they look cute and perfectly match my handbag. If you have never had New Balance trainers, it’s time you invested, they are insanely comfortable. I got mine from getthelabel.com and they were slightly cheaper than usual too. If you have never shopped on getthelabel.com, it’s worth checking out!
In keeping with the slightly sporty / vintage theme of my handbag and trainers, I knew the only jacket that would work with my look would be this vintage Mickey Mouse letterman jacket. It’s a favourite of mine, I like to wear it over my shoulders like I’m dating the captain of the football team in a high school movie.
